Sushi Axiom- Fort Worth Hulen

It's good food, but I'd rather go elsewhere.

Ordered through favor the bento box entree and it was awful, i physically couldnt stomach the texture and taste and i usually love sashimi and salmon. The sashimi looked like raw chicken and i had to throw the whole thing away

The hostess and whoever other lady was roaming around the front desk need a change of attitude or some customer service training. How are you going to act like customers that are waiting to be seated you ignore them. Like are we painted on a wall or something? And then respond with an attitude when the customer is greeting YOU. Ridiculous. This was Saturday night.

Hubby and I enjoyed a date night here a few weeks back and now we are trying to figure out when we are have time to get back. The fried rice was the best we have ever had. Sushi was great and my TCU martini was so delicious. Highly recommend to everyone.

Oder food to go at 8 and picked it up at 8:40 pm. I understand we were late orders but it’s not hard to make sure the wasabi is in the bag. Nothing is worse than sushi without wasabi. I left a tip when I was just doing a pickup. If I’m kind of enough to do that, be kind enough to put the wasabi and soy sauce in the bag, please.

DONT eat here if you are a person of color !!!!! I came here and as soon as I walked in the guy treated me like I didn’t belong in there, I was just there for a favor order !!!! I asked if he could bag it in a brown bag like the one he placed on the shelf and he said for what did they ask for it like that I said I want it like that it’s for favor he proceeded to say it doesn’t make a difference he placed it the the bag and said here I asked if he could staple it like the bag that was on the shelf and he didn’t want to he grabbed the Stapler from the bar, then sarcastically put one staple at the very top of Bag.Mind you it tells us when you place the order to let them know it’s a favor order.

Drive a couple miles up the road to the Sushi Axiom on West 7th and you won’t regret it. We actually had the worst experience at this location and manager seems to not care about customer service. Not going back.

This was interesting. It's where my brother and his new wife wanted to go after they got married. I would have expected the place to set up a bit better for the occasion, but hey. No complaints coming from me. The food was good. The drinks were good. Just a little more of a "run down" appeal for me. Nonetheless, I'd go back.

Our go-to place for sushi! Fresh, large portions, well priced. Wait staff is top notch, we love Tai, Rose and Vu. Tai and Rose took care of our every need…. And we are needy!!! Try the Kylemachi - yellow tail sashimi with garlic, olive oil, salt and a squirt of lemon juice. ❤️
