I am a regular that enjoys coming here to get some work done. It’s peaceful and I enjoy the drinks and food. However, another regular, Dawn, is another regular who is very aggressive towards me. I honestly don’t know what her problem is but she cuts me off when I’m leaving by taking my seat and then follows me outside flipping me off and telling me to get out of my car. I called management and he told me that he doesn’t know what her problem is but to keep outside.
Well, I come here for a safe and quiet place inside, not to take some crazy person outside that is aggressive. This place has gone down hill and has lost almost every regular they have ever had.
As far as service goes, Shelby is the rudest server they have. She rolls her eyes when I ask for something and has no clue how to pay attention to detail. Probably because she is too high. I had to request for her to not to make my drink bc it was never right. Try the location in NRH for great food, great ambiance, hibachi, and great customer service. The service here is by far the worst.
I love this place! The staff are so fun and the food and service are impeccable! Tai, Shelby, and Vu make you feel like family. This is the perfect place to grab a bite and unwind.

I have been going here for the last 10 years and they have been AMZING! the staff is so great as well as the management. Shelby is A fantastic waitress and is so accommodating always wanting to ensure you have the best experience. The managers Tai and Vu are exceptional! They go above and beyond to ensure that you get the best experience! They have their regulars who never leave because they always feel at home. The owner is so accommodating and wants everyone to have the best experience. The food is always top notch and nothing on the menu disappoints! This place is an absolute gem whether you are here for A date night or just stopping bye on the way home from work!

Someone teach them how to roll.
I ordered some fresh sushi rolls. One of them had two pieces plit open. They clearly did not roll it tightly. This is literally the first time I have ever been to a sushi restaurant and the pieces appear like this.

We have been going to both FTW locations for many years. Until around two years ago, we went once or twice a month, but we have been going out less and less since then.
We visited the 7th Street location a couple of months ago, and the quality was the same great quality. Although we also quit drinking over 2 years ago, it seemed like their Martinis were the same giant ones that Axium is known for.
We went to the Hulen location on Wednesday and were highly disappointed. The amount of fish on our two signature rolls was less than half the thickness they used to be, and one roll didn't seem fresh. I also noticed the Martinis were now the same size as most other restaurants.
I know the economy has caused a lot of scale back in every industry, but I would rather pay a higher price for better food.
We left there defeated and sad, as this used to be one of our favorite places to go, and it was our 15th anniversary.
Before we give up, we will try the 7th Street location again.

Went for daughters 17th birthday. All the goos was amazing, was made and brought very quickly. And when they found out it was her birthday, they made her a birthday cheesecake and sang for her. Would come back again! Food was excellent.

One of the best sushi places we've been to in Fort Worth!
We had the sweetest, most amazing server. He gave great food recommendations and checked up on us frequently.
The scenery was also amazing. There's a giant waterfall at the entrance when you walk in, the place is very clean, decent sized bar seating, and big TVs.
Will definitely keep coming back!

It's good food, but I'd rather go elsewhere.
Ordered through favor the bento box entree and it was awful, i physically couldnt stomach the texture and taste and i usually love sashimi and salmon. The sashimi looked like raw chicken and i had to throw the whole thing away
