Sushi Axiom-West Fort Worth

Bar area is a little toasty temperature wise in the summer, but the food and drinks are consistently good. Axiom never disappoints.

Fish was great, the air conditioning was non existent.

I haven't been here in a while. The restaurant seems somewhat dingy now compared to a few years ago. The front staff were arguing about something when we walked in a ignored us for a few minutes. When they did acknowledge us, we got a table quickly. The hostess just set menus on the table and walked off (?). About a week or so ago we went to Axiom Sushi on Hulen and I perfer their staff and menu which had a Bento box for dinner that was very good. I will say our waitress was very nice and helpful.

Recommended dishes: Sushi and Sashimi Combo, Miso Soup, Special Roll Box, California Roll, Chicken Fried Rice

Service vibe and cleanliness issues, host and servers touching their faces and nose, running fingers through hair, then seeing the same people running some decent food with their thumbs over the lip of the serving dish, practically in the food, and i watched this over and over and over, if it's like this at lunch in the broad daylight, possible worse at night?

I’ve been coming to Sushi Axiom for a long time and always loved it, but unfortunately it seems like something has changed with the service or management. We had to ask for silverware/chopsticks ourselves and waited a long time before a server came to take our order. The server never checked on us to see if we needed anything or if the food was okay, and part of our order was never brought out because she forgot to enter it. Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Hostess was extremely rude. We waiting for a long time to be sat when there wasn’t hardly anyone there. When she finally came, she smirked and Laughed.Poor service. Won’t come back here again

First, I went into the restroom to wash my hands, and the bathroom was nasty. Second the food and service. They used cheap tuna tasted like the canned junk you pay a dollar for at the grocery store. My wife's rolls came out before the appetizer and way before my rolls. So much so that she was finished eating before I got my food. The servicer seemed way rushed even though it was pretty empty only 5 tables for a Tuesday 2pm. I'll never return to this place, ever. There are way better places for a lot less.

I was very disappointed today with the food and the manager at Sushi Axiom. The service by Ann was outstanding. I was there 4 days ago and loved what I ordered, today ordered the same looking forward to the same flavor. My food was tasteless and not that good. I didn’t eat it and informed Ann, while the manager was right there and said nothing. Ann was accommodating and didn’t charge me for food; in the meantime the manager was watching and listening to everything and never tried to apologize or make it better. He was rude and honestly not interested in the customer’s experience. The issue also seemed to be in the kitchen, the food is not consisted; how can a dish change in flavor from one day to another.

Love the Collar Fish Grilled or fried. It's fresh from ocean 🌊💦 water fish 🐠🐟. Order it and enjoy.

Zero stars if I could. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes absolutely no acknowledgement of me at all. No hi, hello, be right with you. Nothing. The bartender was laughing and making jokes.. the manager was checking out her customers because she was too busy not working. Nothing from management either. Awful customer service.

We usually enjoy Axiom. We were running later than usual for my boyfriend's birthday. It was still 20 minutes before their scheduled closing time, and the bartender said she couldn't serve us because she already closed the kitchen. We were very disappointed. We would understand if it were right before closing time, but it wasn't. Pretty frustrating. Might be finding our sushi elsewhere.

Had a great experience at Axiom Sushi. The sushi is delicious, with a good mix of classic rolls and unique options. We tried the Monkey Brain and really loved it! Service was good, and the atmosphere is beautiful with nice decor. Definitely recommend.

The food was horrible. We had to go eat somewhere else after this experience. I love sushi but this place made me sick. The crab had such a strong fish taste it was all you could taste. I had grilled vegetables, they were cold and tasted as if they hadn’t been cooked long enough. The sauce on my chicken teriyaki was just poured on top cold instead of cooking with it.

9:20 pm no service last call no make sense if they close at 10:00 pm so sad the google show close at 10:00 pm
