I really didn’t want to leave this review since I adore Susie. I stop by very frequently as a sugarholic & man I’m so disappointed.
Everything has been stale for months.
My whoopie pie was rock solid.
Next visit my Cookie had no give & just crumbled.
Recently as of 2026 I stopped by again & got my birthday cake it was STALE.
The moisture from the icing has already seeped into the cake. The icing just completely separated...

Giving 3 stars because the employees were absolutely incredible and so kind, but unfortunately it was my first time and the vanilla confetti birthday cake slice was super stale :( it was disappointing. However, I will definitely be back to try something else because I’ve heard great things about this place.

I had stopped by to pick up some cake yesterday and a lovely associated named Renee helped me with my order. I mentioned that the last time I had picked up some marble cake, the bottom part of the cake was dry and she thanked me for my feedback, so she could take it back to the baker. She then proceeded to not charge me for the couple of slices of cake - if this is not top notch customer service, I don't know what else is !! All they wanted was to have the customer be satisfied...
