I just left the Swig in Murphy, TX & have a drink all over my floorboard. The lid wasn’t put on all the way. Not only that but I asked the girl who I ordered from questions about the drink I ordered. She didn’t explain it correctly & got a blended drink. When I got to the window & told the girl about the mistake by her co-worker, she acted so put out & annoyed that they didn’t explain it correctly. Horrible customer service.

I went to my first one today. And went to another store left my drink in the car. Hubby and Dog spilled my drink on accident. The people at Swig gave me a free drink. How sweet will forever be a fan.

I’ve never been so I decided Thursday to go in the complete opposite direction I needed to go to try it. I get there at 8:40 pm and see three employees cleaning I hesitate and say are they closed?!?! The three employees look at me but don’t say anything the time on the door says it closes at 9:00 pm so I tell my daughter (who’s on crutches) come on. I walk to the door it’s locked still no one acknowledges me but everyone can clearly see us. (They begin to laugh and one continues to write something). We leave. The closing time on the door/google should probably say whenever we feel like closing.

The customers who come to this location are so rude. You can't park in the parking lot and go to another business bc the drive thru customers are too stupid and have no respect for others. You would think a business with an abundance of customers would build their own location instead of renting a tiny spot and ruining other businesses ability to use the parking lot.

Great drink spot, regular or a treat!

Many options to drink, fits most dietary levels and there are some snacks. Servers friendly, more of a drive through spot, can get busy at some hours.

Dietary restrictions: Had both vegan, sugar free, and regular options to work with.

With childhood obesity at an epidemic high, sugar is a leading factor and known carcinogen. The average drink here is soda with added sugar flavor and crème, with about 500 or more calories. Strategically located by the high school. What a shame.

Door was locked at 11:20. Employees just looked at us then turned around.

This was a pleasant experience. The dirty soda just peachy was a non sugar surprise. The, staff had a lot of energy. The service was very snappy. The seating was sparse but perfect for a quick in and out. I will be exploring other soda and items next time. Enjoy the drink a lot!!!
