Waited a bit too long at the speaker to order however the food arrived at the drive-thru window in a timely manner.We we're not instructed to pull around and wait, the food was actually prepared and ready to go on time. Food was actually hot and bagged neatly and none of the items were missing.

It has changed! This use to be a quick and easy option, but the past 3 times I've been here the drive through line has been long and the service has been slow. I'm not sure what has changed, but it's sad because this is the closest one and I love me a doritos loco taco supreme and a Pepsi.

I was picking up an order for door dash. One guy who was a manager I believe was helping a guy who's order was messed up. He kept pulling out his cell phone not giving the guy his 100% attention. Then he called an employee up front to log into the register. That guy walks up there as he is texting on his cell phone. I was outraged because I was already waiting over 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. Plus there was 3 or 4 customers waiting on their order inside the store...
