I came by late tonight and the menu items my friends wanted to order were no longer on the menu. I had the pleasure of speaking to Zaniah (drive thru) and she informed of this and was very nice about it and made sure I got every item correct even my sauces. The food was fantastic and the burritos and tacos were full not skimpy which was super nice! The only thing I would say is the chips tasted like the oil was very old but of course the nacho cheese always makes everything better!...
Tonight I ordered a nacho fry and a 2 pack Cinnabon delights . I was told to pull around as they were making fresh fries. I had no problem. I went inside after 6mins because the line got extra long with about 5 cars in drive . Soon as I walked in the lady remembered and proceeded to hand me my order and apologized for the wait and also expressed it was only two of them ... I had no problem . This location is hit-or-miss with order accuracy. 1 out of 3 times there will be an incorrect or missing item at the drive-thru. Taco Bell, in general, has lost a step in quality so I won't pin that on the location, but there's a general feeling that drive-thru orders lack that bit of something extra you get when you order in the lobby. By youngest really enjoys dining in and those occasions are usually the best experiences, but maybe that's just the company.
