Tonight I ordered a nacho fry and a 2 pack Cinnabon delights . I was told to pull around as they were making fresh fries. I had no problem. I went inside after 6mins because the line got extra long with about 5 cars in drive . This location is hit-or-miss with order accuracy. 1 out of 3 times there will be an incorrect or missing item at the drive-thru. Taco Bell, in general, has lost a step in quality so I won't pin that on the location, but there's a general feeling that drive-thru orders lack that bit of something extra you get when you order in the lobby. By youngest really enjoys dining in and those occasions are usually the best experiences, but maybe that's just the company.
If the lobby is open, Don't mess up and go through the drive thru as a food delivery driver. They won't give you the order unless you go inside. So you'll get stuck in the drive thru and waste time. Go inside and grab the order, because they won't check your app to see if you even have an order. May as well just give it through the drive thru, make the workers check the app so orders dont get stolen.
