One of the older female employees at the drive thru was bossy and rude. Tried to rush me on choosing my order. This isn't appropriate customer service. Besides, this isn't exactly Taco Tuesday in New York City at dinnertime; it's past 11 pm in Fort Worth and very slow. Only a couple cars in drive thru. Give your customers some breathing room, please. It's not appropriate to make them feel rushed into buy things that they don't want to buy. Ever.
Bean burritos were not very good. Drink machine is broken.
I got a medium drink and a chalupa. When the employee handed me a small drink I told them I got a medium. He gave me the small anyway. I heard them arguing in the kitchen that I got a small. I don’t know what there is to argue about, since the receipt says medium. Perhaps Taco Bell literacy is down. Either way, I am sad with my lack of fluid.
