Went through the drive thru on Friday, 4/18/25. I placed my order and the person on the speaker said “is everything on the screen correct?”, I looked at the details of what was removed and said yes. I get to the window and pay and she asks if I checked the screen and I said yes, she said “ you asked for X tacos and I only charged you for 3 so it wasn’t correct, now I have to charge you for the extra”. Up until that point I was fine, but then with the window wide open...

Mid, only one customer in front of me. Did a mobile order before I got here. Was in line over 10 min. My food still wasn’t ready. Then some of my food was missing. Tbh at this Taco Bell usually they forget items. Always check the bag before leaving the drive thru.

This last time I went here I ended up walking out empty handed. The lady looked at me twice as I was standing there to order but she said nothing & walked off. There was no one in the drive through at the time either. The food here has always been good but I was very disappointed in the service. I will go back in hopes this will be fixed.
