Spend a pleasant afternoon enjoying their food, the service was good, I think I'll be back soon
Terrible seating and demeanor of hostesses! We called ahead, were on time, and were put off! They treated us rudely when we had questions around seating order, even though we were nice and just not understanding what to do. Why have “on deck” areas if you do not use them?!! Very disappointing and have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS at any other Tx Roadhouse location, consequently, we will not be back!
Had an absolutely terrible experience. Will NOT be back. I went out to eat at this new location with my parents and sister. 4 adults, 4 meals.. 3 of us ordered steak/potato/salad. The steaks and potatoes came. Steaks were overcooked, dry. No salads. We asked about the salads, the waiter said he’d go check and he forgot. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional, with servers like CJ making sure everything is to standards and the bread is EXTRA fresh. The food is consistently well-presented, tasty, and of high quality, with the filet being very good and steaks being perfect. Sides are delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced, with a good selection of alcohol and beer. The bar is well-stocked and clean, with attentive bartenders. The rolls are excellent and come with a sweet cinnamon butter. The restroom was clean and stocked. Despite the noise, the overall experience is excellent and budget-friendly.
