This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. The location is great. We have access to shopping stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean, sanitized, and well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful, and catered to our hotel needs. We will be staying at this hotel again for my next appointment this summer.
I love this hotel, everything was great, especially Linda, she is always very sweet and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. When I’m in Fort Worth, this hotel is always my first choice, Extremely happy!!!!!
Our whole experience from check in with Linda to check out was great. Such a bummer that COVID-19 closed the lobby, restaurant, pool, and bar. They looked really nice and it would have been good to relax at the end of the day with an adult beverage! The whole staff was friendly, our room was immaculate and I really liked the "smart" TV. The set up was great, too, with the coffee station far from the bathroom (a pet peeve of mine is when coffee is in the bathroom, yuck!),...
