Weekly GO TO!!! The food quality is amazing, but staff could use some more experience. Always make sure to check your to-go orders before leaving, but as long as everything has been in the bag, I've never been disappointed with the quality/flavor!

Came her for the second time and I got helped by Ashley. She was a PHENOMENAL help and a really laid back person. She helped me try something new and sample what fits my taste buds. She was an AMAZING person, and was nice to talk to during my ordering process. I'm thankful I ran into her today.The food is also really amazing and healthier here. It's about $12+ depending on what you order, but the food will get you full and can last you two eating sessions (depending on who you are - also my experience is with ordering the poke bowl).Bottom line - I think eating here is worth the money and the service is very good.

Many options for ramen and poke bowls, including vegan and vegetarian. They have a variety of toppings and proteins. The sweet potato base with yellow curry sauce makes me happy. There's alcohol and patio seating too. (I took my doggie and sat outside.) The staff made us all laugh and feel comfortable. Great for quick takeout too.

Ok I know I just did a review but I have to do another one. We have been in this area for about two months now and I have been in several times at least once or twice a week. Every time we come in we are welcomed with smiling faces. Ashely is who has waiting on me the past few times and it always a pleasure to see her. But I also have to mention the kitchen staff. The food is always good here. The sushi is what entices me to come back but again the service is why I do.

Great bone marrow. The ramen broths are excellent. Great fast service. Highly recommend. No elevator so you have to hike up some stairs to get to the second floor. Not recommended for disabled people.

Visited for the first time today and it was delicious!! Food was cooked to perfection, I had white chicken and rice with broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and snap peas. The mojo sauce was sweet and tasty! It came out super fast. Very clean environment. I’ll be back for sure!

My family visited this location tonight. The food that was served was utterly inedible, specifically the General Joe's Soup. It was full of stems. And the avocado was unbelievable--it was actually hard and like plastic. It could literally be bent but would not break. My egg was cold and my soup was lukewarm. This was truly disgusting. There is no excuse for this. This would have been obvious when the food was prepared. They should stop serving bad food.

Gabriella and Dee were very helpful and welcoming. This was our first time and they walked us through the menu, gave us samples of the sauces, and recommended the wine. We got the build-your-own bowls, I got the dark chicken, the top 5 veggies (you can get all of the veggies if you want), crispy jalapeños, and the yakitori sauce. Delicious!2 build your bowls, 2 spring rolls, 2 drinks totaled $40 which isn't bad.I'm definitely coming back.

Friendly employees but also uniformed. The menu sucks so you don’t know what’s what. The poke bowl grilled shrimp is raw so it’s cold instead of hot and grilled and there’s no way of knowing this. Overall won’t be returning or recommend to others.

Tokyo Joes is a great place for Asian food. I always enjoy the "build your own bowl" w/Udon noodles. The food is fresh and well prepared. The staff prompt and friendly.
Been coming here too long not to leave a review. The food is awesome, made from quality ingredients, and fresh every time, but the people that work here are what makes this place great. The manager Sha is awesome, and coming here is a highlight of my day. They treat you like a friend even when they're slammed and have to maintain a high degree of training; sushi alone has its own demands. I get bothered by the idea of anyone treating any of the team here rudely as they absolutely don't deserve it, so don't. They make it look easy and set a new standard for fast casual.

Sushi is amazing but needs to be refrigerated! They need to practice how to roll. Cookies are great! Small portion of meat. Everything taste left out. Could potentially be so much better. Sauces are very strong.

I got a build your own poki bowl to go and it was ready when when expected! I liked the ahi tuna and all the other toppings I picked on my white rice bowl. The traditional Hawaiian sauce is SPICY and I wasn't expecting it. The white rice for the bowl is just regular, plain white rice and not like sushi rice or seasoned as far as I could taste, my only disappointment with this place. I saw the sign for the weekend bento deal and expect to try that in the future!

Great food, lousy service. When confronted with an issue, I received excuses. No one owned the mistake and I was told that the next time, the would try to do better. If I ran my company like that, I would be out of business very quickly.....
