Great fish basket

Visited in January of this year and was overcharged on my credit card. I called the restaurant and the lady that answered immediately refunded the overage. She then asked me for my address because she wanted to send me a gift card. I thought it was a nice gesture on her part, even though I was not expecting it. Fast forward to this weekend when I tried to use the gift card at another location. I was told there was a ZERO balance on the card.
If you are going to offer gift cards to make up for subpar service, you should at least load them.
Tommy's has good burgers, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to service.

Mushroom & Swiss hamburger was very good. French fries were ok but nothing great.

GO HERE if you are in Fort Worth! Tommy's is one of, if not my favorite places to get a burger. The bacon and brie burger with some fried okra are a must! Sooooo good! I used to go all the time when I worked in downtown Fort Worth. The staff are very welcoming and they work hard! When I first went to Tommy's I thought that the staff was cold, but I came to realize they care about their jobs and making sure you are getting the most delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Nice visit. Enjoyed the visit. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was hot and good. I am very happy with this establishment.

Was out shopping and found this little gem close by fire lunch. The burgers were outstanding. Crispiest tots around. Had the swiss mushroom with tots. Hubby had a plain bacon cheeseburger. Bec have exceptional service. We'll definitely make the dive to eat here again.

My sister and I went to Tommy’s off Camp Bowie and the service was Awesome! Jimmy was our waiter. He was very polite, professional and did his job well. He is definitely an asset to the establishmen!. Kudos to Jimmy and complements to the chef! Our burgers were delicious! Would definitely go back…

Tommy’s Hamburger in Fort Worth delivers great flavor! The Brie Burger was juicy and perfectly paired with creamy brie, while the fried zucchini was crispy and tasty. A must-visit spot for burger lovers!

Dang can’t believe I have to write about my meal for Tommy’s but like everything nothing stays good forever.
I’m not mad I’m just disappointed in this establishment. The chicken sandwiches used to be amazing I would tell everyone but now the fries are Rocks, the chicken sandwiches are soggy dead chicken with bread on it. I hate to say it but it’s true y’all don’t have it anymore.
Save your money for groceries I guess
