Top Sushi and Grill

I absolutely love the food. It can’t be beat anywhere near. Unfortunately, I have two massive complaints. They never, and I reiterate NEVER, answer their phone. The second and worst complaint is that they close completely on days when they are supposed to be open. The problematic part of this is they still take online orders when they do this and when you go to pick it up, they are not there and you spend weeks trying to get your money back! Do it once, shame on them. Do it twice (yes, I’m an idiot) shame on me. But shame on them for letting this happen over and over. Because they won’t answer their phone, there is no way to know if they’re actually open according to their business hours. Have now driven the 15 minutes there three times to find them closed during lunch hours M-F. So disappointing. They would receive my business multiple times a week if they didn’t waste my (and many other’s) time over and over again. I hope they read this and can address the issue or at least respond.

Great place honestly best eggs rolls I’ve ever had and I don’t like egg rolls. My wife said she wanted some so we ordered them and yeah.

Do yourself a favor and order the crab ragoons. They are not frozen and definitely take like from scratch. The sushi was delicious and nicely presented. Sever never refilled our drinks, but I'll let that slide.

The pad thai and lo mein are absolutely delicious! I only order to-go but they are always so nice over the phone and during pick up.

Everything was fine I just don’t think the food is worth 18 dollars to be served this much in a plate. Usually when I go to similar places the plate is full. This was not the case. Your better off just getting sushi only.

First time here. Food and Service was good. Atmosphere is nothting special.

Surprisingly good considering the location. I was hesitant on trying this place mainly because it’s not very close to the city, but turns out they have some really good sushi rolls among other things. I’d recommend it if you don’t feel like driving to Fort Worth. I get my orders for takeout, but the restaurant seems okay.

Food here is delicious. Service here sucks about as bad as you can get. I went for an early dinner and was in there alone and the service was atrocious. Will be back to try more of the food though!!

Food was good but the wait time to get food was ridiculous. 55min for a to go order. Some food was ready way early, so it was no longer hot or even warm by the time the remaining order was ready. 55min!!!

This is some of the worst service I've received. I arrived and ordered some food. I got miso soup and an avocado as an appetizer. I went ahead and ordered sushi as well. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. A while after I had been there another couple came in. I was still waiting on my roll. After a while of waiting they brought out two rolls to the couple. I thought, okay, maybe mine will come to me soon. I waited a little while longer and they brought out an additional two rolls to the couple, so that made a total of four rolls and I still didn't have my food. I asked them about it and I noticed my server laughing about it.
Awful service. I paid for my appetizers and left.

We did a call in order and told that food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes and told the order was not ready.
Waited an additional 20 minutes and was rudely told it would take 10 minutes more. I requested money back and to cancel the order. The sushi chef approached to see what was wrong, our order had been sitting on the counter all along. I took the food that was average at best and left without apology from staff. We will never go back.

Top sushi is okay for the area. There are much higher quality places but you'll paythe difference.
