Food and drinks were good.. but our first waitress was worthless.. couldn't take our order right and poor communication and needed to dress way more appropriately.........had to ask for another person.. the second waitress was very good and friendly she kept coming back to see if we needed anything..

Kid-friendliness: Be advised..

Let me start with the positive: the food at 3 Betos is absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and honestly deserving of a five-star review. If I were rating this place solely on its kitchen, it would be an easy home run. But sadly, the service completely dropped the ball—and not just once or twice, but repeatedly.

Here’s the story: when we arrived, I kindly asked the staff if they could turn on a TV to watch a game. I wasn’t asking for much—just a flick of a remote and some acknowledgment. But instead of accommodating the request or even giving me a straightforward “no,” they ignored me. Not once. Not twice. But three times.

Fast forward to the end of our meal. The game was over, and I was literally about to leave the restaurant when someone finally asked me, “Oh, what game was it you wanted to watch?” The kicker? The entire time, we had been sitting near a TV playing the Texas vs. Texas A&M game. And then, to add insult to injury, someone else requested a channel change on that very TV, and guess what? They changed it immediately.

I felt invisible. This wasn’t a busy night where they were swamped or short-staffed—this was pure disregard. It left a bad taste in my mouth that no amount of delicious tacos or enchiladas could fix.

Would I recommend the food? 100%. But if you’re expecting good service or even the bare minimum of hospitality, be prepared to be disappointed. It’s like the restaurant’s motto is, “Come for the food, stay to be ignored.”

Incredible food, but the service is so bad it ruins the experience. Eat here, but don’t expect your requests to be taken seriously unless you’re on a first-name basis with the staff.

Place is not what it used to be. The tacos aren't bad, but they don't put in as much meat as they used to. We got 2 salsas for 2 orders. The red salsa was spoiled the green salsa wasn't even filled half way, they put in about a small pinch of cilantro and onions and a few stands of cabbage. We got a pepino and limon agua fresca it was $6! And it wasn't that great it tasted like flavored water. Probably won't be ordering here anymore, it's a shame because we really used to like this place.

The waitress was very very friendly! But the food is very bad and very expensive, the meat is full of fat and had no flavor, my companion ate a Ramen that really hurt him a lot! They should be more careful with what they serve!

The place is very good and the food too, only the service is the one that has a deficit. We asked for a bucket of beer and they brought it to us hot and when I told the waitress that she would change it, she brought us the other one just as hot.
