Someone took my food and they wanted me to pay a second time because of their negligence. I only found out because I reached out to my dasher. If you want to receive your food, don't order from here.
And please don’t waste your time with a fake apology. If you cared about customers (who fund you and your business) you wouldn’t make us pay twice for your overpriced bbq that YOU let someone else take. Your staff told my dasher “sorry but she’s going to have to reorder”. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of accountability and customer satisfaction. You apparently do not.
Janis at the h.e.b. the heritage trace location was absolutely wonderful, she was helpful and very sweet. The food was well worth it. Good portions, everything was delicious. And they have trivia and Tuesdays! Definitely worth stopping in before shopping.
After dragging myself to the store for some forgotten items on my weekly shopping list, I decided to try the barbeque. It really hit the spot. The lady behind the counter, Janis, was really helpful and patient with me, she had great recommendations. I ended up getting 3 brisket sandwiches to go for myself and my husband and my daughter, and they were tasty!
