Horrible customer service, just left because no one would help at the front desk kiosks. Both needed partner login. Partner ran up, logged in to ONE of the two then ran off. Then coupons wouldn’t scan but there was no one to help. Had to leave without getting food.

Went with my dad and 2 boys. Ordered the smoked loaded baked potato with chopped brisket. Also ordered the mac n cheese. All so good. My boys were able to be free, I enjoyed the food and beer on tap. The staff checked in on us a couple times too. Great time.

Outside of that, the service and atmosphere was atrocious. I've never seen managers treat their staff like that negatively in front of customers.

This was one of the worst brisket sandwiches I have had in a very long time!! Lots of fat and the only decent piece of meat was very tough. The Mac-n-Cheese was very bland with a smokey taste and after literally 2 bites it went into the trash. The sweet tea might as well be unsweet tea and I just don't think I will be giving this place another chance after what I just had. You can get Away better Barbecue from just about any barbecue places around. Don't waste your money on this place!!

My husband and I were planning on getting food to cook tonight but the smell of the BBQ had us stopping in our tracks. And boy, did the food deliver! I got a 2 meat plate with lean brisket and turkey and it’s some on the best bbq I’ve had in quite some time. My husband got chicken tenders and we are still raving about them. But truly the experience is what put it over the top. Steve made us feel like regulars in a sitcom. He told us jokes, he made sure we had everything we needed and told us if anything wasn’t up to their standard, they would make it right. I’ll be back for the food but also to catch up with Steve and get another joke!

Steve is amazing! He was super funny and sweet! He was very understanding when I broke my cup all over myself and was quick to clean it up! The food was amazing! I’m not usually a fan of turkey, but this turkey was just so good; the chicken tenders basically melted in my mouth! I did not expect much, as it’s a restaurant inside of a grocery store, but it blew my socks off! Truly, pleasantly surprised and I for sure will be back! Thanks for the service, Steve!!
I would rather eat a McRib from MickeyDs ! The food has no flavor and the staff is as helpful as a 2 year old. Never eat here. Save the $40 and eat cardboard with a few jalapeño seeds dipped in BBQ sauce.

We were really disappointed in the barbecue sandwiches. When we got home my wife's sandwich was as much fat as meat. The flavor was bland. It might be a one off but it will be a while before we try it again.
