The amount that they charge you for a carne asada and the size of the cut of meat is disproportionate. I was expecting a decent size steak and when it came out it was very disappointing to me. The man that made our two bowls of tableside guacamole understood. Absolutely no English and it was very difficult to get across what we were wanting and then it still wasn't right.
Their chips were also really greasy when they brought them out. Covered in oil. Just wasn't very good. Hot sauce was okay though.
The waitress did a decent job so no issues there.
I just expect more for a $32 steak. Disappointed.

Went at 3 on a Sunday afternoon, service was awful,we celebrated a birthday but won't be back to this location, couldn't get refills waited forever for our bar drinks and we were the only table in our section,it's like they completed forgot about us ,idk it's usually really good,not this time it was awful,fajitas for 2 was crazy small as well,just all around disappointed.

On 12/29/24 they brought out our food and said they were bringing tortillas and it's been over 10 minutes and we have not gotten them. I'm writing this as I sit at the table. We had to go tell a hostess to help us.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited at the restaurant for over an hour past the scheduled pickup time for our pickup order. When the manager was asked about the status of the order, he said the kitchen is late on everything and walked away. No apology nothing. We canceled the order and got Papa John's pizza delivered instead. Papa John's may be our new Christmas Eve tradition.

Horrible service from the waitress and the manager didn't care. Came here for a nice dinner with my husband and it was far from that. I had put in for a reservation and in their comments I put a table please for 2 adults and a stroller. We get there and the hostess takes us to a booth. I told her we made a reservation and put in their comments for a table. We then asked if we would be able to sit there with our son's stroller in the aisle and she said no. Told her that was why we put in the comments for a table. We waited in the middle of the dining room for a table for about 5 minutes plus standing there which was kinda embarrassing. They finally came and told us they had a table and put us in the back. We waited 10 plus minutes and no one even acknowledged us. My husband and I was talking about walking out when they bought out chips and salsa. Waitress got out drinks about 5 minutes later and acted like we were putting her out. We didn't even get a hello how are yall tonight have you been here before or celebrating anything special. They didn't even bring us water or have any of it at the table for us. We ordered and someone brought the food out but waitress never came back to check on us or give us refills on drinks. Manager was walking around putting tables together by us for big tables. We told her the waitress never came around to get us drink refills or check on us. She replied well she has an 11 top and has been busy. Then she said if you know any waiters or waitresses send them my way and said that's ashame because the waitress that was suppose to wait on us she said she is usually the best one and she walked off. I would hate to see the worst one. My husband and I both looked at each other and was like did she really just say that? So basically manager was saying the smaller tables don't matter and they cater to their bigger tables. She didn't even apologize for the lack of service or offer a discount or anything. I would expect even though we were not a big table but still spend $60 plus on our dinner we would have gotten service or good service at that.

We went for my daughter's birthday. Very slow service and had to remind waitress about the special dessert several times. I had to bus our table of 8 myself while waitress and manager watched so we could have room to eat dessert. It's normally not like this but just happened to go at the wrong time.

I visited this place (Uncle Julios Alliance Location Fort Worth) today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was told the wait time would be about 30 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting for an hour, I was informed it would be at least another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, smaller parties who arrived after us were being seated first, which felt very unfair and poorly managed.
To make matters worse, every time we asked for an update on our table, the waitresses laughed at us, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like our concerns were being mocked rather than addressed.
On top of that, the bathrooms were filthy, which really added to the negative experience. Clean facilities should be a basic standard, and this restaurant completely missed the mark.
Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, unprofessional behavior from the staff, and unhygienic environment made this visit incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Absolutely amazing our first time eating here they couldn’t have been more enjoyable with the food and our waitress was delightful after the entrance of the restaurant. Amazing place as well as the atmosphere when seated. The food is incredible. I suggest getting the side table Guacamole just to enjoy the watch of them making it right there in front of you delicious I would absolutely be going back. The only thing I believe that needs to be worked on is the hostess. They are the first thing that customer see when walking through the doors of a restaurant and if they are not customer, friendly or approaching with the way, they speak, the restaurant could possibly lose customers.

We arrived on a Sunday around 230pm and the restaurant was half dead. We requested to sit on the patio because it was a nice day. We eventually found a table after walking past 5 dirty tables. We got sat and the server came by and took our drink order. A few minutes later she brings our drinks but no CHIPS N SALSA, duh this is a Mexican restaurant. The server refilled other tables chips n salsa before we got one. The chips were cold and the salsa had large chunks of tomatoes. The service was mediocre and the food tasted thrown together. Who cooked the food bc I didn't see anyone with latin expertise?!
