We had a private family event and the accommodations were perfect. We had privacy and yet the service was commendable without being disruptive. The food was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant due to the good food, great service and overall cleanliness.

We used to LOVE Uncle Julio's and are actually really sad that it has gone so far downhill. Ordered Carne Asada medium rare... cane medium well. Waitress asked why I wasn't eating. Showed her that there was NO PINK at all so she reordered... came back medium.
The Queso was lumpy.
The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night at dinner time.
The Margarita was DELICIOUS.
Our server was very sweet and everyone working was genuinely great. For the price I'm so sad that the food has declined so much.
We will not be back.

5-Star Experience at Uncle Julio’s Alliance! It was so nice to be treated well from the minute we walked in thanks to Jolexis to the service that Alecia provided for us. I’m beyond words to describe how special they both made us feel and also how the staff checked in to make sure everything was great. The ambience, hospitality, and tranquility was wonderful. So glad we chose to eat here and we are very thankful for the excellent service that both Jolexis and Alecia provided. We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend! Oh how the mighty have fallen, this establishment used to be great… now everything is just dirty, we went through four sets of silverware before just asking for plastic Togo silverware, same with the napkins, it seems we missed the great bean war as 6 napkins were brought to our table covered in refried beans. I understand the cost of things going up across the country but here at Julio’s they are charging more and serving less, so be prepared to eat some extra chips to fill up. We waited 25 minutes for a table in a mostly empty restaurant, we were told the empty tables couldn’t be sat because reservations… who never came the entire time we were there…

I very rarely leave reviews but we’ve been to this location a handful of times over the years and were completely disgusted with our experience tonight.
We had booked reservations for 6:30, had to wait a bit at the door which was no big deal but the hostess was clearly having a tough time being by herself and serving everyone chips and seating. The atmosphere was terrible, the floors were FULL of food, sticky and the sprinklers were actually dripping from the ceiling. They were probably short staffed but there was zero urgency from the staff in general. We could see the tickets on the screen in the kitchen and several were behind time. We ordered simple kids meals immediately upon sitting down and it took almost 40 minutes to get them. The food was subpar and it honestly seems as if maybe management has changed over the years that has caused this location to go downhill. Lastly, the ladies bathroom was extremely gross, the floor was so sticky there was toilet paper everywhere, broken soap dispensers and you could tell it had not been cleaned recently. We’ve enjoyed Uncle Julio’s in the past but won’t come to this location again.

We had a lovely evening with friends. Food was good, but overpriced.
The amount that they charge you for a carne asada and the size of the cut of meat is disproportionate. I was expecting a decent size steak and when it came out it was very disappointing to me. The man that made our two bowls of tableside guacamole understood. Absolutely no English and it was very difficult to get across what we were wanting and then it still wasn't right.
Their chips were also really greasy when they brought them out. Covered in oil. Just wasn't very good. Hot sauce was okay though.
The waitress did a decent job so no issues there.
I just expect more for a $32 steak. Disappointed.

Went at 3 on a Sunday afternoon, service was awful,we celebrated a birthday but won't be back to this location, couldn't get refills waited forever for our bar drinks and we were the only table in our section,it's like they completed forgot about us ,idk it's usually really good,not this time it was awful,fajitas for 2 was crazy small as well,just all around disappointed.

On 12/29/24 they brought out our food and said they were bringing tortillas and it's been over 10 minutes and we have not gotten them. I'm writing this as I sit at the table. We had to go tell a hostess to help us.

When the manager was asked about the status of the order, he said the kitchen is late on everything and walked away. No apology nothing. We canceled the order and got Papa John's pizza delivered instead. Papa John's may be our new Christmas Eve tradition.
