Waffle House in Fort Worth

“My whole family (five of us) and i went in after a long, hot, humid day out and about. We had unanimously voted on eating at a Waffle House. The decision proved itself excellent. Beyond excellent.

First, the establishment was very well air conditioned! Yay

But more importantly, our server, Camden, was on it. She was polite and quick with the drinks (we were all parched!). She patiently took our order and everything she's brought to the table was spot on.

The food was outstanding. Can't say enough about how fantastic it all tasted. Yeah, it's WH. You expect it to be good. But with that much food, there's plenty of room for something to go awry - but it didn't. So so so good!

I also want to add that the restaurant was clean - even the bathrooms. I saw a photo posted here where there was some trash on the floor. I'm guessing that's supposed to indicate that the place is dirty. But it's not. I can assure you those items don't live there. Furthermore, busy restaurants get messy. It happens. Whoever posted the photo obviously never waited tables. If you're hustling it, slammin and jammin, trying to quickly and efficiently take care of customers, you're not going to be overly concerned with that paper napkin and/or straw wrapper that flew off a plate while pre-bussing a table. That comes later. Chill out. Have some hash browns.

“I normally order different things from waffles house but last couple of visits I’ve ordered the hash bowl with steak meat , double meat , cheese and onions and jalapeños! When I tell you good ! It’s soooo good ! Fresh , hot and quick ,normally takes like 10-12mins !“

“Great service, nice staff, and fast service. Good music but a little loud. Made it hard to hear the servers. I asked for hashbrowns smothered but I don't think they heard me. So asked for a side of Chilli. Was $3 extra. But I didn't mind because they were so nice and attentive. All in all, would stop and eat there again.“

“I’m not usually a fan of alcohol, but I stopped by this Waffle House on my way home and was genuinely surprised—in a good way. The woman who served me (I wish I had caught her name!) was absolutely fabulous—super friendly and welcoming. I ended up trying one of their coffee drinks, and it was delicious. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. Great service, great vibe, and a great surprise at the end of a long day.“

“Out of Hundreds of Waffle houses I’ve been to Cross Country, This one by far can tecach the others a lesson or two. Immaculately Clean. Every single member of the staff is upbeat and, everyone works together. The food was perfect and, our waitress Miss Joyce was an absolute sweetheart! Would give 10 Stars if I could! A++“

“Had a wonderful experience! Staff was fantastic. They checked on us often and were very attentive. We never went more than a few seconds without things we needed. The food was fantastic. It was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait until the reopen after the remodel. I don’t live local, but I will definitely be back. If I could rate it higher than Five stars, I would. 12/10. Highly recommend!“
