“Ordered to-go online tonight (Christmas, 8 months pregnant and wanted a waffle and chocolate milk!) and upon picking up the staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and I’m genuinely thankful they were open. The staff dynamic and vibe was 10/10 IYKYK. Thank you Waffle House @ Oates in mesquite!“
“I took a friend of mine out for breakfast. The service was good. The food was really good and I was serve surprisingly fast. It's a diner type restaurant, If you go, especially on the weekends, prepare to have a small wait before being seated, because it is a small place.“

“Food was so wonderful 10 out of 10 I would recommend, I do wish I could of gotten a refill but other than that I really enjoyed the great taste, the cook did his big 1 trust me best waffle house experience I had in a while. I ordered the all star meal of course with ham and extra egg with cheese and grits! Everything flavorful nice and fluffy nothing over nor under cooked. 5 mins later food coming to my table I will be returning!“
