My daughter made a mobile order and paid for it so we drove 15 minutes to pick it up, but they didn't have 2 of the items. I asked cashier how is it gonna be reflected on her card and she said it's done thru the mobile app but clearly that's not possible. Big shout-out to the GM Carl. He was so gracious and friendly to us. Told us to check in 2 days to make sure difference is returned and even gave me his cell # to call him if it hasn't. Carl definitely cares about his customers. Thank you sir.

Went up to order some food at the front counter inside, someone in the back let some other employees know I was waiting for someone to take my order and they looked at me, laughed, and then went back to doing what they were doing without acknowledging me at all.If you don't care about your customers at all you probably don't care about the food either. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Instead of driving through, I decided to walk in. As I walk through the doors to enter the establishment, one of the employees was outside smoking a cigarette and doing some kind of deal with the guy in a dark compact car and handing some kind of package to the guy that was flipping burgers.

Food sucked. Burgers in both sandwhiches we ordered were burnt bad. If the burgers were any thinner or smaller in diameter, could have used them for a hockey puck! NOT going back!

Would give this location ZERO stars, if I could.Ordered three frostys via the app. Arrived & was told they had no Frostys. Asked for a refund, & was told by the manager that it wasn't their problem because I ordered on the app, & to call customer support. Asked for the general manager, so she called him, & he also told me there was nothing he could do, & I needed to call customer service for the app. It's not fault they don't have the item I ordered, so I shouldn't have to call & wait on hold to resolve their problem. They refused to do anything, so I called customer service, only to discover that customer service was closed. Went back into the restaurant, & the manager was still on the phone with the GM, & the GM FINALLY decided he would have the manager issue the refund. Which is what he should have done from the beginning. This is not the first problem with this store, so I won't be back.

They were out of stock of several items. The window, speaker, and sign were barely functioning. They had us move immediately out of the drive through despite being the only people there. NO napkins NO receipt NO ketchup. Bad customer service. As well as really long wait.
