Would give this location ZERO stars, if I could.Ordered three frostys via the app. Arrived & was told they had no Frostys. Asked for a refund, & was told by the manager that it wasn't their problem because I ordered on the app, & to call customer support. Asked for the general manager, so she called him, & he also told me there was nothing he could do, & I needed to call customer service for the app. It's not fault they don't have the item I ordered, so I shouldn't have to...read full review
They were out of stock of several items. The window, speaker, and sign were barely functioning. They had us move immediately out of the drive through despite being the only people there. NO napkins NO receipt NO ketchup. Bad customer service. As well as really long wait.

Food sucked. Burgers in both sandwhiches we ordered were burnt bad. If the burgers were any thinner or smaller in diameter, could have used them for a hockey puck! NOT going back!
