Today 8-8-23 I was at this location around 8:20 and in line ordering.
Prior to my ordering there was an elderly man being rude to a young kid.
Saying stuff like can you read.
It was just beyond.
I didn’t catch kids name but did find out tonight was his first night on the register.

All employees were in the kitchen area and no one bothered to walk to the register to take my order. They didn't even bother to look up and acknowledge my grandson and i were there. So I left and went to the one off Cherry Lane and hwy 80. The employees there were very friendly and courteous. My burger was delicious and my grandsons fries and shake was excellent.
So don't waste your time going to the one one on White Settlement Rd.

I just cancelled my order in your drive thru. This evening I attempted to order 7 double meat Whataburger Jrs with cheese, no onions. The gentleman who took my order first told me my total was $59. I then confirmed my order and he said it would be $39.62.1 pulled up the app and the total showed, $32.51 which makes sense.
