We got here at 8:00 pm and order water and two 7 up two can ones at that it took them 20 min to bring it to the table then we order spring roll and took 30 min then we noticed our food taking long so it’s 9:30 and our food not here so we tell the waiter we want it to go so we get our food at 9:45 there was no customers there at all. My god that was such a long wait. Very very slow service. I don’t recommend it to no one . The food was not that good either. I should have looked at the reviews before going there. My waste of money

The reasterant needs a very deep cleaning, and the tables where people left full dishes where there for the total 2 hours we where. There were only 7 people total on the reasterant and it took them and hour and a half for 5 dishes and an appetizer. The food it good but they need to clean the reastrant and hurry up, will not be back.

I normally don't believe the bad reviews but I can confirm they are true sadly. This restaurant is struggling. Myself and another customer sat ourselves. We were the only tables there. Another couple walked in and waited to be seat. We ended up all walking out.
I understand they're short staff but the service isn't horrible because there is no service. They were more focused on Togo orders. The restaurant right next to them was packed with business.

I don't know if the food is good or not. If you wanna try it definitely order Togo ahead of time. Do not dine in if you want to be disappointed. I really hope the owner gets the help they need and turn the business around.

I drove 5mins down the street to another pho place with much better service and prices.

The service was very slow and it wasn't busy. Another table of three came in and waited for quite a while to get menus or drinks and decided to just leave. Our waiter was wearing flips flops and seemed very laid back but it just felt like they didn't care much about service. The food was good but not good enough to outweigh the inattentive quality of service and costs of eating there.

The food was excellent, it took a while to get our food which was excellent. If it's cold outside dress warm or move away from the door, the outside door takes forever to close

Came in excited to try this place. It was 12pm only two couples in there. The waiter said we could seat anywhere. He got order for our drinks and disappeared. He went to the back and staeted to work on a doordash order. He never came back with our drinks ir asked if we wanted any appetizers. One of the couple's next to us were also looking around for him. They seemed readybto go. So at that moment we decided to get up and leave. No telling if we'd ever get anything at that rate. Also it was freezing in there. So disappointing

Service was okay upon entering. We immediately ordered egg rolls and crab rangoons. The ONLY reason those were finished was because we were starving. It was wayyyy over cooked and the egg rolls flavor was horrible. Rangoons flavor 3/5 would’ve been better if not burnt. They also don’t tell you prices increase from online to in store- and not by a quarter or few scents but 3-5$ on some items. When we got our pho and combination plate the flavors were good.. it was honestly saving the visit then we were swarmed by bugs. We asked to move the bugs followed. We were just going to take the food to go but the server never came back. We gave up fighting the bugs and they took over the food. No apologies or nothing just a check. WILL NOT be back.

I wouldn’t recommend dining here. While the pho itself was decent and the first two employees were friendly, the overall experience was ruined by an older man wearing a blue striped shirt who was extremely rude and made us feel rushed out of the restaurant. The vermicelli dish was outright unpleasant. Dining out should feel welcoming, not uncomfortable. Until customer service improves and staff treat guests with respect, I wouldn’t return or suggest this place to others. The establishment is not that clean and looks like a storage unit.

Ordered well ahead of time because reviews mentions severe wait times, couldn't say how the atmosphere was or really the service I guess.
Food was good. Pretty pricy, thought maybe we got another place to eat Pho at regardless, but I won't eat here again.
I've been sick for days with food poisoning and the Pho was the only thing my husband and I had in common to eat.

Food was really good. The food took 50 minutes to come I kept getting asked what kind of pho and size 3 times. I was the only person in restaurant when ordered and the other two people already eating. The price of this was $27. The heat wasn’t one the staff had on coats. I would say if you’re on a lunch break don’t risk it but if you want to try at dinner maybe come. I really couldn’t enjoy food because I had to leave for a meeting.

Delicious food, best Mi bo kho we have had in Fort Worth. Ask for the chili paste and chili oil, both are amazing!
