Only complaint is employees expect (by impression) a tip for doing nothing but ringing me up. No actual service.

Delicious selections, always well stocked with topping choices, sauces, fruit and seating. It is always clean when I frequent it. The frozen yogurt is decent quality. Its a pretty much self service kind of place with cashiers who are always pleasant.

Good yogurt. Clean facility. Adequate cashier. As anticipated.

The tables close to the restroom area smell horrible! The yogurt is good.

I've had better, disappointed. Came with a group and we all agree, NOPE. The cheesecake did not taste like cheesecake. The toppings are what you would taste. All the yogurt has the same flavor. YogoLuv is waaaay better!!! Question, why does it ask you to tip, it's a self serve location? Also, the yogurt is not good, it actually tastes weird. I don't want to finish it because that's how disappointing and weird tasting it is.

Staff not polite. tables, floors, chairs were dirty. When I asked staff if they can clean table as it was very dirty not to mention found some hairs on table. They cleaned but seemed bothered to do so. Feel they can do better with keeping clean.
For sure I won’t be back. It was my first and last visit.

Flavor overall is amazing but the young Hispanic lady at the front was making faces when we asked a question about an ingredient.ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

Excellent recompense for the kids, who just love the place and can’t choose their toppings and each time it’s like their first time!

Nice staff, clean place with indoor and outdoor tables. Always clean restrooms.

The inviroment is a little depressing, the male employee barely talked to us. The frozen yogurt does not taste like yogurt but just like sugary creamy ice cream flavor. I was disappointed that they don't have many choices of flavors or dairy free option, and they are the only ones that do not offer a military discount.

Definitely, we are not coming back.

A couple the fro-yo was out and half the toppings were silly gummies I can’t imagine adding to my froyo. There should not be a full dozen options of Swedish fish, gummy bears, gummy worms, & other gummy options. It needed a more chocolate candy pieces, cookies or sprinkles.
