We’ve come to this location three times and I think this is the last. Each time something has been off putting. This time it was the customer service, dirty tables again, and them being out of shaker topping. It was odd too they had swapped the chocolate and cookies and cream soft serve which was weird but ok. The tables are perpetually dirty each time we come, they are always out of something, and their healthy options like fresh fruit usually appear rotten or inedible. It shows they do not care. Unfortunately the customer service each time we’ve come has also not provided an experience where we feel we’re welcome or cared about being there as customers. They’re always in the back, inattentive, and even moved the attendant bell away so no one could ring it. In comparison to other yogurt self serve shops I just don’t see any pros to coming here.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options not labeled and probably touch nonvegetarian equipmentDietary restrictions: Fresh toppings options do not appear edible and usually are mushy and brown, but there is a plain yogurt option.Parking: Parking is right at the busy street entrance, difficult to consistently safely get a spotKid-friendliness: Staff are not kid friendly, they are also not attentive in case you have questions

The inviroment is a little depressing, the male employee barely talked to us. The frozen yogurt dosent not taste like yogurt but just like sugary creamy ice cream flavor. I was disappointed that they don't have many choices of flavors or dairy free option, and they are the only ones that do not offer a military discount.Definitely we are not coming back.

Great. Plenty of flavors and all were great. They have taste sample cups up front if you want to try flavors first. Toppings were plentiful as well but the spoon to serve the toppings was lame. Need better spoons. Price point as expected. Place was good-visiting from out of town and liked it.
Nice and clean.Nobody was at the front the entire time we were making ours which is okay we didn’t need help but when the girl came to check us out she could have cared less to be at work and not friendly.

My go to for frozen yogurt! It’s clean for the most part. They offer a variety of flavors! Definitely recommend if you want some to cool off. I love that they offer indoor and outdoor seating.
