It was not our first time, but service is not improving, plus it was very loud during lunch. We asked to sit inside, but were directed to sit outside. Food is good, especially the potato salad, but it could use some improvement. We always stop here whenever we are in Fredericksburg.
This was our first visit to Fredericksburg and we will definitely come back the next time! The fried pickles were delicious and we shared the pork schnitzel. Portions were generous and the service was great and attentive!
Wow! My friends and I were passing through while traveling and decided to stop here. We didn't have a reservation and it was Father's Day, yet we were seated straight sway. Ten children, five mamas. Great hospitality. We all ordered and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I asked our server for an extra bread roll for one of my children and she brought out an entire plate for the whole table. It was delicious and almost melted in your mouth! Food was great....
