Greener Side

Ordered online, staff walked to the back and grabbed my order from the top shelf...picked up 15minutes after ordering... pizza was cold, not a big deal..now missing the spinach to a margarita pizza....a pretty big deal. The tortellini was hot, awesome and definitely redeemed Bella's from a poor score. Staff and atmosphere were great... Maybe it was a fluke..but I thought pizza places, used Togo warmers.

We stopped on Easter Sunday driving back home. It was busy. Burger was very bland. Chicken was good.

I am a regular here, but not after this, went in for a work lunch yesterday. Ordered the Nick's salad with Salmon filet, no cheese. I received a 1.5 inch wide slice of fish that was broken up and covered in shreds of melted mozzarella. My friends dish had a cheeseless 4 inch fillet, I sent mine back asking to have the fish redone correctly. I have dairy allergies and cannot have cheese. They brought it back after scraping off the cheese from the already broken up fillet. There was melted cheese within the broken pieces and the sides of the fillet that could not be separated. It was melted into the flesh of the fish. I requested that the dish be redone with a new piece of salmon without any cheese. I didn't want to get sick. They said they would but returned with the same fillet after refrying it to the point of salmon jerky! I get it, there's a cost and profit, but you made wrong and instead of producing the meal requested they served the same broken up cheesy salmon 3 times and this stellar dish came with a 20 minute wait! We were literally the only customers there. Now we know why! Needless to say Not going back here. The owner is a cheapskate who doesn't care if his food will make his customers sick. I was still charged and paid $18 for a dish the he refused to prepare correctly. That fish looked like it was thrown against the wall before it got back to my plate. Will be calling the health department for this one and the BBB.

I was on a road trip with my family and we needed some lunch and we ended up going here. We were seated instantly and the seats were very comfortable. Our N. Y. pizza didn't take much time to cook and it was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The pizza wasn't cut too well but we are messy and that didn't stop us! Amazing place, I highly recommend.

Service was quick and friendly. The food was all right. We had a party of 7 and everyone said they liked their food. It's just that the chicken was slightly overdone in a couple dishes. My eggplant parm was decent, satisfying even though it wasn't the best ever. The garlic rolls were the best part.

Don't go here, owners like that should not be rewarded with patronage they should not be in the food industry.#service #italian #fredericksburgDietary restrictions: Owner refuses to respect dietary restrictions. Do not go to this place if you like eating without getting sick.

Amazing food, great service. You can tell it has italian heritage to the busines. The old diner aesthetic makes it even better. Must stop if you're in the area and want italian

Pretty much exactly like the pizza that I enjoyed so much in KERRVILLE at Bellasera. This is one of their other stores in Fredericksburg and I can attest that being an East Coast pizza food snob this one also is very good. The sauce is terrific. I left off all the trimmings and had just plain cheese (light cheese) and wonderful sauce. Also asked for a crispy bottom which they did perfectly. Not burnt, just right. That finishes off the East Coast vibe. That was enough to make a perfect pie. Now I have another place to stop when I'm traveling to Fredericksburg. Excellent service by the staff. Very attentive and very friendly. A nice experience overall thank you Bella Serra...again.

The staff member that sat us threw the menus down on the table and walked away. Waiter came about 5 minutes later. Asked for an appetizer which we never received. Food came out and most elements of our dishes seemed like they were mass produced frozen heat and serve with some sauce thrown on top. Definitely not authentic and a stretch to even call it Italian. The 4.5 star rating is confusing, definitely overrated. Do not recommend.

Had the pasta sampler lunch special. It was oh so good!! Best Italian food we have ever had. Not a chain so the food and bread is fresh. The bread is made fresh every day so just assume the food is too.. Can't go wrong eating there. Waiter was very nice and great service.

The food was dry, there was hardly any flavor, and it looks like everything came out of a can and they did not try to hide it. Would not recommend this place, absolutely terrible.
