Just arrived in town and popped in for a drink. We loved the vibe and the drinks were excellent! My husband really liked their Oktoberfest beer and I loved the Apple Caramel Sangria. Our bartender was super chill, friendly and very helpful!

Variety of craft beers was good. We had a group of 10 and the service was great. Inside sitting was limited but we were still able to sit together. We enjoyed their appetizers.

We enjoy good beers and good service. This place provides for us with both. Friendly and personable staff. They also have a full bar and a nice variety menu. Family friendly with a very nice outdoor setting. Owner/ management is very hands on and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Well, everything was good. Can't gripe. Dang it! Tried 5 brews. A flight +1. Coffee Pecan Porter, amber ale, Irish dry stout, blood orange wheat, Gunga Galunga IPA. All to style and easy drinking flavor profiles. Gunga Galunga you get just for the name! Classic! It too was good brew and moderate range IPA hop profile. Orange wheat brought the orange but not a punch in face.
A smaller brewhouse and it puts good brews that you can only get there, currently.
Food was cheesesteak w/ potato salad, and Reuben w/mac salad. Food was on point on everything we tried! A surprise of pleasant goodness.
Owners were friendly and informative. Will be back next time.

Great burgers!
Brew Pub is part of the Sunset, Warner, and Granite House family. The Brew Pub however is really a family operation. Angela (owner) runs all four ventures and her brother Michael is the brewery master and he has created some incredibly good beers. Of course he is supported by his wife who you will regularly find working behind the bar.
I was recently asked by someone visiting the area why I was such a fan of Angela's various venues. It starts with her staff honestly. Ashley, Sam, Crystal, Paulette, Bobby (Sunset and Granite staff)..... They have been with her for years. They get to know you and treat you like family. They know I have particular food allergies and I don't have to mention it when placing my order. The same with the team at the Brew Pub. While they are a newer crew by comparison, you will find that same family vibe. They offer the best Happy Hour on Sundays and it's ALL DAY. The seating inside can be tight especially when it's busy, however they offer plenty of outdoor seating. They are one of the few restaurants that are pet friendly. Again, I must mention the man behind the brew. He has crafted some awesome beers. In my opinion, the best in Fredericksburg.

We had a great experience at Belly Up Brew Pub, thanks in large part to the wonderful service. The staff was genuinely helpful, attentive without hovering, and made us feel really well taken care of.
The food was delicious. The Nashville hot shrimp had just the right balance of sweet and spicy. The Kobe beef hot dogs were a hit—flavorful and fun—though the chili on the Tex-Mex dog was a bit thin, which made it tricky to eat. The salad was fresh and decent, but not especially memorable.
Drinks were a highlight. The mimosa flight was both tasty and fun to try, and the Italian margarita was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back.
