Ive had faster service from actual restaurants. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to notice i was here and then another 20 to get the mobile order that was placed before I ever got here.

Ordered a Brisket Whopper. Instead, I received a regular Whopper. I returned it. The staff asked why. I told them I had paid for a Brisket Whopper. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving a Burger. I requested a refund. I assume it was the manager asking the cashier why I wanted a refund. The cashier informed her that I didn't receive what I had ordered. She didn't seem very concerned. Last time I will go there. I left went back to work without lunch. If you are in Fredericksburg. Don't stop there. I highly recommend Whataburger, Chick-fil-a over this place.

Went with 4 people 3 out of 4 got the wrong burgers and all 3 ended up with food poisoning on 5-3-2025. The service was slow and food was so wrong. Will not be trying this again.

Order the bacon meal the way it comes and they didn't tell me that they're out of their buns so they just automatically substituted it and gave me a need of a burger. Wish there was communication here I would have ordered something else

Just came here with my friends, our orders were messed up and refused any change or money back. We are eating and we find a dirty ahh hair in the food, not only one.. BUT TWO HAIRS. this has got to be intentional at this point. Line is backed up to the door with terrible service *yes i’m talking about you harmonica* No hair nets, this place is digsuting. This isn’t my first experience with this burger king, no no no. A couple months ago I had found a GLOVE in the burger. This has got to be the WORST fast food experience i’ve ever had. Do better. Do not take your kids or family here.

I ordered a chocolate oreo shake, and guess what they gave me. Not a chocolate oreo shake. I got a half chocolate vanilla shake.
I also ordered a bacon MELT MEAL and instead they charged me for a bacon king. And she refused to change the order.
Overall Very very disappointed and I will not return until they train their employees the right way

Went there for a snack. Was charged 10.78 for two small cokes and two small fries. I hear b.k has a dollar menu. Just wondering why I paid full price.

This place has good food when they aren't angry. When they are in a bad mood expect to be missing food from your order and it to be cold. It's very hit or miss based on what mood the staff is that day. Management needs to get it together, if you don't like your job, find another one.

Very dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper except on the floor (11:30 AM). Staff not particularly responsive to issue and don't look you in the eyes. Unwelcoming vibe.

4 of us got food poisoning after eating here Saturday 12-14-24 around 4pm we all had the $5 meal. Burger, nuggets, fries, onion rings and a drink.

I used drive-thru, had to go in myself to pick order and when i came back to hotel with the food i realized where were missing two items. Not only that there was no straws no napkin no sauce which i asked for. When i called the location to partially refund me for the missing items the lady said i have to come again to get the order replaced. Told that i cant do that kids are hungry and they were tired. I just wanted refund for missing items. But the lady said the same thing again. Wish i could give them negative rating. Shameful
