This place has good food when they aren't angry. When they are in a bad mood expect to be missing food from your order and it to be cold. It's very hit or miss based on what mood the staff is that day. Management needs to get it together, if you don't like your job, find another one.

Very dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper except on the floor (11:30 AM). Staff not particularly responsive to issue and don't look you in the eyes. Unwelcoming vibe.

4 of us got food poisoning after eating here Saturday 12-14-24 around 4pm we all had the $5 meal. Burger, nuggets, fries, onion rings and a drink.

I used drive-thru, had to go in myself to pick order and when i came back to hotel with the food i realized where were missing two items. Not only that there was no straws no napkin no sauce which i asked for. When i called the location to partially refund me for the missing items the lady said i have to come again to get the order replaced. Told that i cant do that kids are hungry and they were tired. I just wanted refund for missing items. But the lady said the same thing again. Wish i could give them negative rating. Shameful

The best burger and chicken bacon burger we have had. We don't usually stop at a Burger King, but they have changed our thoughts. This Burger King deserves 5 stars.

Absolute garbage. They always send you out front to wait and take 20-30 minutes to bring food. Then it's always wrong. Made a mobile order at least ten minutes before I arrived and still had to wait. There is like three cars here.
At least old lady Gordon Ramsey wasn't screaming at people this time.

Suzie waited on us Monday 8/12/24. We came to Fredericksburg to see the Perseid Meteor Shower for the dark skies and bright stars. We couldn’t find a place to walk in and eat at 5:30 AM so we were waiting at the door at 6:00 AM for her to open. We were thrilled to find someone so cheerful and accommodating so early in the morning. Great job, Suzie!!!

The manager (the lady in the black shirt) serves customers in a very bad way. If you are Latin, she discriminates against you, throws your food on the counter and yells at you. I will never go back

Lack of staff, stood at register waiting to order for over 10 minutes waiting to get my order taken. As several orders came thru drive thru and were made and delivered to customer as the employees kept looking at me and ignoring me as if I wasn’t there. I am highly disappointed with this location. And then 1/2 my food was Luke warm! I would be embarrassed to say that this was my franchise,

Staff is friendly, food is good. Classic melt was not toasted, just cold, sliced bread tho it was a tasty sandwich, not a burger. I asked if it was possible to have no onions at all, the lady said “no problem “ tho it was full of onions when I got it home, just minutes away. Fries were not fresh.
