I don’t go here very often due to poor quality but do every once in a while for a change and it consistently gets worse every time. They either drench a sandwich so much that it is soggy and cold, just cold old food or they forget half your order. I went at around 3 pm on a Saturday and the chicken was dry and hard and the burger had so much mayo and mustard that it was super soggy. They either need to get all new staff or close the place down because after 6 years of living in Fredericksburg it’s always gotten worse. But that’s why it’s never busy and when it does get busy the manager in there gets a bad attitude

I had a very simple order and they got it wrong, it was also cold and stale. I was the only person inside or at the drive thru. The guy that took my order decided that I needed to see a magic trick with my lunch and showed me a full moon. 4 stars on service for the sentiment but I lost a bit of my appetite.

My complaint is with the female manager there. When we walked in, we saw her take the last specialty pie, ring it up with her manager discount, take it to her back office and come back out before she even acknowledged us. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for her! Then when she took our order, she was rude and even messed up our order. When making the food, she was constantly touching her hair /bun. As someone who has worked food service for many years, you are never to touch your hair and then touch food. If you touch your face or hair or basically anything, you wash your hands afterwards. The other staff there was very nice and polite and was working hard on getting our order done while the manager was busy distracting them.

Manager was very rude as soon as we came in slap the counter and made comments about us also told us no ice cream waited 25 minutes for our cold food very gross about 6 people came in and proceeded to make ice cream for herself never took their order they probably waited 15 minutes probably longer but we left this was all at 7 seemed like she wanted to close asap I don’t like Dairy Queen but rather eat there then that place do not recommend 😣

This Burger King location was awesome and well maintained. The food was good and for its price, the Impossible Whopper was tasty. The sides were also good and the staff was extremely helpful on both occasions.
They also had Halloween decorations going on.

Ive had faster service from actual restaurants. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to notice i was here and then another 20 to get the mobile order that was placed before I ever got here.
Hard to find if you have never been there before. Food wasn't very good and when I opened my bag there was a fruit fly come out of it.

Ordered a Brisket Whopper. Instead, I received a regular Whopper. I returned it. The staff asked why. I told them I had paid for a Brisket Whopper. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving a Burger. I requested a refund. I assume it was the manager asking the cashier why I wanted a refund. The cashier informed her that I didn't receive what I had ordered. She didn't seem very concerned. Last time I will go there. I left went back to work without lunch. If you are in Fredericksburg. Don't stop there. I highly recommend Whataburger, Chick-fil-a over this place.
