Don't order online! They will forget half your order even though they staple the receipt with all the items listed to the bag.. and even though the online app and door dash let's you input what kind of sauce you want They never give you sauce even though it's specificied on the receipt thats stapled to your bag.. This was not one time but 3 times ordering with the same outcome. Order in store so you can check and make sure everything's there because with this location you can't trust it. Kerrville location is much better
The employee that first took our order was very nice and respectful, however he seemed to be new and didn't quite know what he was doing. He had to call over another employee (definitely not the one with pink hair) to help him who was extremely rude to us. She has served us other times we have been here and was also rude, disrespectful, and took forever to take our order of two slushies. Do not go here.

It was really bad staff didn't seem they knew what they were doin got 2 kids meals the meat was white and fries were cold and I will prob never go back to this location again.

Alas, the zestful tang, an anticipated symphony upon my palate, lay dormant. 'Twas a trifle, yet a poignant reminder of the significance that condiments bestow upon the culinary pursuit. The oversight, a minuscule flaw in the grand tapestry of fast-food providence, diverted mine attention from the flame-grilled opulence to the void of that familiar piquancy. Such culinary missteps doth teach that even the humblest elements wield influence in our gastronomic odyssey.

Visited this place midweek for the first time. I was welcomed and the staff was friendly. Interior is large and clean as was the restroom. The fast food restaurant is popular with high school kids. I had the crispy honey chicken mustard bacon sandwich meal. With tax it was just over $10. The sandwich was tasty and was adorned with lettuce, tomatoes and sauce. The french fries were crispy and tasty too. Noticed a lot of negative reviews. I guess everyday is different depending on who you interact with, but it shouldn't be. Customer service should always be first and foremost. All-in-all for me, I was impressed with my first time. If anything, I would have preferred the sandwich to be slightly bigger. Maybe I'm used to the Whataburger size...
