Travel a little further down Main to enjoy this amazing food. The food is done right here and the staff is friendly. There is a great place to sit out back if you don’t wish to sit inside.

Ordered the gochujang ribs, bulgolgi sausage, Mac and cheese, and kimchi fried rice. Ribs were alright, inside was slightly unflavored. The gochujang sauce isn’t authentic though, it’s too sweet and not spicy enough. Bulgogi sausage was dry and disappointing with no resemblance of bulgogi flavor, basically just a normal beef sausage. Mac and cheese was good but the Mac was slightly overcooked. Kimchi fried rice has to be the most overrated item here, was bland and worse than what my wife makes. Also they ran out of water so I had to drink melted ice.

They had just sold out of their wagyu brisket I was disappointed.
This was at 1: 30p I got the bulgogi sausage and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. The jalapeno is good, the bulgogi sausage has a fine ground texture but I was expecting more. There parking is horrible,we nearly got ran over

Great experience. We raise competition Wagyu brisket and I will say theirs was fantastic. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the fact they add a Korean flair. Highly recommend.

Eaker Barbecue in Fredericksburg is a must-try if you're craving bold flavors! First visit blew me away-brisket so smoky and tender it melted, with that Korean-Texas twist stealing the show. Loved the sides so much, I went back a second time, loaded up on more mac and kimchi. The meat was just as good as first time but the sides weren't great this round-mac was soggy, kimchi too bland, and they didn't hold up for leftovers. Kinda bummed, but the meat's still top-tier. For now, I'm sticking with Junebugs bbq, but I will give them a third shot at Eaker since sometimes businesses have off days and that’s okay! Worth a visit! Owners are good people & staff are nice! Recommend this place 👍

Food was cold. Not much smoke flavor, and expensive.

This is some of the best barbecue I've ever had. I especially like the items that have a Korean flair. The Gochujang ribs are excellent👌. I also loved every sausage they make here. Brisket boudin sausage, beef bulgogi sausage, and I'm not one to like turkey breast but I love it here. This place has been in my backyard for 7 years and I'm glad I finally stopped. I will definitely be back as I want to try everything on the menu 🤠

Meats were *amazing*. Service was fast (1.30pm on Saturday). Skip the potato salad, it was the lowlight of an otherwise delicious meal.

Great BBQ. Love to see a family run restaurant doing things their way. Not cheap but perfectly cooked brisket. Loved the Gochujang ribs and jalapeño cheddar sausage. If you’re enjoying BBQ on a budget grab a turkey sandwich or chopped brisket sandwich, both were good. Cucumber salad was my favorite side.

The BEST brisket in Fbg. Really. The pitmaster at Eaker knows what they're doing. Period. I'm local to fbg and this is the best brisket that I have had in the area. Bar none. I've tried most of them.
What can I do without? The mediocre sides. The kimchi. I mean really. I love kimchi. I also love Texas bbq. The two don't go together. Yes, they can be consumed together. But that doesn't mean they go together.
The management here is a mess. A useless manager/owner walking through the tiny open kitchen doing nothing important and taking up space. The teenager also filling space, yawning and doing nothing besides being a family member of the manager/owner.
6 customers in front of me, all standing in line the entire time, and it took 40 minutes to get my order of brisket and sides for 2 people.
Pitmaster needs to find a new place to work and I want to know where it is.
