Friendly staff. Food was pretty damn good! I recommend the Korean ribs. Brisket sandwich was thiccc and juicy. Also had the hill country sausage, kimchi rice, and the mac n cheese. All were delicious. Nice aesthetics and can eat outside.

Wow – this BBQ is excellent and some of the tastiest BBQ we have ever eaten! Eaker is conveniently located on W. Main St. near S. Bowie St. Such a great menu with neat items such Brisket Boudin, Smoked Tallow, Tasty Pork, Slow Smoked Brisket and Boozy Banana Pudding. We had the Smoked Pork Sausage, Cole Slaw, Mac-N-Cheese, Potato Salad and Stuffed Baked potato – all absolutely perfect! You will not leave hungry – that is for sure. The decor is very family-friendly, and they have a large shaded outdoor eating area as well. You can also check out their custom-made smoker pits too. We highly recommend this BBQ and we will be returning this August with our family. Salute!

Top notch BBQ. I'd go as far as to say it's my favorite in Texas. For sure better BBQ than anything we have in Austin. The Korean inspired flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques make this place so special and the food unreal --- The pork belly is unreal, the brisket -- best ive had, the kimchi and cucumber salad is delicious. Dont forget getting the Korean inspired sausages.... Everything is soooo good! Worth the drive form Austin!

We’re local and this is the best BBQ in Fredericksburg. I’ve never been disappointed in the food and the owners are so great. I love their turkey, brisket, and creamed corn especially. They also make great barbecue sandwiches. Would definitely recommend!
Small family owned place. We had the brisket, pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar sausage with the beans & potato salad. Meats were great & sides were good as well. Even got to talk with the owner & check out the pits.
