Very friendly welcoming yoga studio with excellent teachers and classes. The teachers are all good and very dedicated to their craft. The schedule includes a variety of class styles, times and special event. I recommend that everyone try a class and become part of the supportive community here. Visitors to town also welcomed here and it is always interesting to find out where people are visiting our small town from.
I’ve been practicing yoga at Good Foundations for 2 years. Shelby is patient with us older ladies and takes her time to explain and assist as our practice grows! She has added some wonderful instructors that offer other types of yoga, which has added to the experience. I love the “family” feel of the studio.

I’ve been consistent with practicing yoga for the first time in my life, thanks to Good Foundation and owner Shelby! Almost two years of wonderful classes; all levels, no judgement, cozy space, and loving the variety of class offerings. Aside from classes, Shelby is an old soul and pours her creative writing and wisdom into wonderful emails to encourage all. The community that has formed in this space and is ever-welcoming and ever-growing!
