HEB is my best friend. I ordered online to get my current hyper-fixation food. They called me hours before to warn me the supplies needed to make one of the things hadn’t arrived. That was super kind. Then they called a bit later to say the struck arrived and if I can give them 20 minutes, they can get my item made. Amazing customer service.

Curbside pickup gets the items no one in the store would buy. Its happened to me the last 2 pickups. A box of cereral that had been opened (cardbooard box) and literally put back together with clear tape and a fairlife milk that the top had been crushed. Once we got the lid off the milk we couldn't get it back on due to the damage of the container.
Little bit of the beaten path for someone visiting Fredericksburg. If an outsider you’ll definitely need to you a navigation system to locate the store. Finding parking was a nightmare. First difficulty is finding a parking space. Second difficulty is like most H-E-B, the spaces are extremely close not only to space next to the one you’re in, but also across. Making pulling in and leaving very difficult. Be prepared to deal with a very crowded store and standing in long checkout lines. Lastly the place to fuel your vehicle is very small and not easy to locate.
As someone who likes to shop H-E-B, struggle with giving it a less than favorable rating. Other than Walmart, I’m not certain what other options are available, but I’ll definitely try somewhere else next time.
