The food here is ALWAYS delicious! I don't get to come often....but each time I have, they have hit the mark every single time. I can't remember the last time I was this pleased with a restaurant. And not only is the food great....the service is fantastic as well!
My only suggestion is that it needs to be open Mondays and Tuesdays too!
Great Smoked Brisket Melt sandwich, and the house-brewed Tres Amigos lager is tasty!
Burger was phenomenal! I had the Big Jam burger with the Hawaiin salad. A 9.6 out of 10! Loved it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Bartenders were super friendly!

Belly Up Brewpub is a great find for wonderful beers, tasty foods and friendly service in Fredericksburg. All the beers are good, including a crisp, refreshing lager and pilsner. The real star of the show is the peach beer with a subtle peach flavor. Their double IPA is one to be respected, and the pecan porter and peach wheat beer are also recommended. Food is really good, with burgers that are honestly some of the best—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Customers recommend the smash burgers, beef tallow fries, pretzels, chicken taco salad, and French dip sandwich. They also have Mimosa flights. The atmosphere is casual with a cool vibe and nice outdoor seating. What really stands out is the customer service; the team goes above and beyond with kindness and integrity. This spot earns loyal customers and is easily the best beer and burgers in downtown FBG. Highly recommend.
