I’m gonna be the exception to the reviews, but all I saw was a dance hall, lots of drinking and over-priced merch in a really small area of maybe 4 little buildings and the (cool) hall. It just doesn’t work as a destination for me. Although the musical acts add to the experience, I was mostly bored.
What a lovely peaceful place. Great music by John Bardy and his fellow pickers. A sweet quaint collection of buildings to wander around after a drive there.
We went in the middle of the day on a tuesday - be aware there is no food available as that's only open on certain days.
Lots of nice friendly cats.

My dad and I have been riding our Harleys out here for years, and it never gets old. Same road. Same wooden buildings. Same “are we in 2026 or 1926?” feeling. You roll in, kill the engines, and suddenly you’re surrounded by live music, cold beer, creaky floors, and the kind of people who look like they were born knowing three chords and a good story.
No hype. No gimmicks. No influencer...
