Nan's is the best Thai food in town. There's a Thai food truck that we tried, and it doesn't come close to the portion size you get at Nan's. Nan's offers a great variety, large portions, and the curry is amazing. The only problem we've encountered is, sporadic closures. It's 11:30, on Friday 11/22, and we've been calling for the past 30 minutes. No one is answering the phone. I hope everything is OK. They were just closed 11/11 thru 11/18.

Flavor, flavor, flavor! Absolutely amazing, owner-made cuisine. Nan's cooking will not disappoint.

Just visiting the town for a getaway trip and found this awesome place! The food was very flavorful and the portion were more than enough. I will definitely come back here if I ever come back to this town. The owner was really nice too!

Got Nan’s Thai To Go delivered via Favor for dinner. Ordered Thai fried rice, Thai dumplings, and Veggie Egg Roll. Dumplings were my favorite, but all was good. Would have liked much more spice on the fried rice, but overall it was much better than I expected for Thai delivery in Fredericksburg Texas.

Very good Thai. Very Fresh. Better Thai than I ate in Austin for years…. Or anywhere really. Open Sundays too. No eating on premises….only to go. But you walk right into a clean kitchen to order. It’s in an industrial park. She cooks it fresh… so order ahead or wait. But NO LINES OR Traffic. My new favorite restaurant in Fred.

As the name implies, Nan's Thai To-Go is solely a takeout kitchen, not a dine-in restaurant. In my opinion, it is by far the best Thai food in the Hill Country! Everything on the menu is freshly prepared by Nan herself. My favorite is the Yum Woon Sen with Shrimp (it's a secret menu item, not listed but available upon request). Any menu item can be made with tofu as a protein choice or no protein at all. Make sure to let them know if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any allergies such as nuts. Since all dishes are freshly prepared, you can have your order prepared your way.

Vegetarian options: Any menu item can be prepared with tofu as the protein or no protein at all. (If you're a vegan make sure to mention that when you place your order as some dishes are prepared with eggs.)

Dietary restrictions: When you call in an order make sure to let them know if you have any food allergies or other special dietary restrictions.
