Hidden Gem Alert! Forget fancy dining rooms, this little takeout-only Thai spot is where the real magic happens. We stumbled upon it while looking for a quick meal before our Enchanted Rock hike, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer.
From the first bite, it was clear this wasn't your average takeout. Everything was perfectly balanced, with chewy noodles and tender vegetables, with authentic flavors – creamy, spicy, and fragrant. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh, not greasy at all.
But the real highlight was eating it on top of Enchanted Rock. Picture this: breathtaking panoramic views, the warm Texas sun, and the most incredible Thai food. It was a dining experience unlike any other. The food held up perfectly for the short drive and hike, staying hot and delicious.
This unassuming takeout restaurant is a true culinary gem. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food, and especially if you're planning a picnic or a hike, look no further. This place is a must-try. We'll be dreaming of those flavors until our next visit!

I found this place on google. We have tried it a few times. We love the Thai dumplings and I really love the pineapple curry. It’s different, fresh and delicious. I’m sure we will be back to try more! The kitchen is beautiful and clean. The owner is always very nice. The staff is kind and they offer to bring your food to your vehicle while you wait. Thank you!

Spring rolls, pad thai, Pad kee mo, dumplings, masaman curry, everything this woman makes is frickin outstanding. The shrimp is always cleaned & cooked perfectly so I usually order shrimp but you just can't go wrong here. Best thai food in the hill country, that's for sure. The owner is not only an incredible cook but a fun, awesome person; we always look forward to seeing her. Unassuming storefront, super clean & organized kitchen inside. A must try if you like thai food!

Best crystal noodles I’ve ever had. They know me well, I eat here twice a week. My favorite food in Fredericksburg. I would pay double what they charge for their food. So reasonably priced. A hidden gem.

Food is made to order. Recommend the panang, red curry, and Thai fried rice. The sweet green Thai tea is also good.

This place is phenomenal!!! Great food and just fantastic to go food. Just what we were looking for on our last night here Fredericksburg.

Nan's is the best Thai food in town. There's a Thai food truck that we tried, and it doesn't come close to the portion size you get at Nan's. Nan's offers a great variety, large portions, and the curry is amazing. The only problem we've encountered is, sporadic closures. It's 11:30, on Friday 11/22, and we've been calling for the past 30 minutes. No one is answering the phone. I hope everything is OK. They were just closed 11/11 thru 11/18.

Flavor, flavor, flavor! Absolutely amazing, owner-made cuisine. Nan's cooking will not disappoint.
