One of the few very real local bars in Fredericksburg. Has great cold beer and a solid selection of liquor. A couple of pool tables, a shuffleboard table, a few TVs and a great jukebox round it out. My kind of place.
For its genre this is a cool bar. The atmosphere is a little dive-esque but that’s appropriate for a sports bar. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. Those that seemed to be regulars smiled at us we entered. We would have stayed longer but they allow smoking in the bar and my wife is a recovering nicotine addict. For that reason alone we only had one drink and left. I’m not offended by the smoke but it just wasn’t for us.

We were in Fredericksburg fir the wknd and wanted to have a drink at a place that's "off the beaten path"... This place was walking distance from our hotel and had a good reviews so we decided to check it out! Definitely a dive bar that's well known and visited by locals. This is not a touristy stop by any means and I am oh so appreciative it is not! Pools tables available. Drinks are served cold and the bartenders are amazing! It is smokey, so smoking may be permitted (not sure)....read full review
