OMG!!! What a gem! Wine was excellent. Food was great. The show however is an amazing mix of piano bar and your best friends comfy living room. Not only would I recommend this little slice of Heaven. I will be there every single time I come this way. Thanks Perspective from your biggest fans from New Orleans!!!!!

I recommend every guest visiting Fredericksburg plan for an hour or two at Perspective Cellars. This historic building has fabulous wine flights for tasting and the best entertainment in town on Friday and Saturday nights with Andy showing off his singing and piano playing skills from 6-9. Taylor and Andy are the perfects hosts. Always a good time!

Such a fun atmosphere and great wine! Only issue is we wanted them to play all night long. Highly recommend dropping in - just make sure to go earlier rather than later!

I believe in honesty and treating people the way you want to be treated. We were enjoying the music and wine outside because we didn’t have reservations and the only table available was outside. We were happy with that. The manager/owner who knows what she was had friends show up and wanted a table. Within minutes we were told we had to leave because they made a mistake and offered us to go cups for the bottle of wine that we purchased. We were shocked and upset that we were being treated so badly. Shame in the waiter for not being man enough to tell the truth and shame on the manager for choosing to treat paying customers so poorly. Karma. On a more positive note, if you want a good wine tasting experience, go to Wildseed Winery and ask for Stewart. He’s very knowledgeable and personable!

Nice little place, lots of selection. We went there Friday around noon before NYE. The level of wine expertise is “flash in the pan”, sure acted like was on a Sommelier level, yet was not, more like a used car salesman. However plenty of selection and a nice location, very friendly people. Go directly to the vineyards!!! Becker, wildseed and Fat .

Our party of 7 had a great time for Piano Night. Definitely felt like a cozy family living room with us all huddled around the piano. Pianist was great and his wife was so sweet buzzing around taking orders and making sure everyone was happy! Strongly recommend and would love to go back.

Really cute spot. Great front porch and the build out inside is great. Lots of little hideaway spots to chill and drink some wine!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about wines. Directly off of the Main Street but feels like a hidden gem. The pianist is even better than the wine selection which is saying a LOT. This has to be one of Fredericksburg’s top 5 things to do ! Don’t miss it.

We booked for a 7:45pm last night and paid a pre fee of 45 for three of us (15.00 per person) when we arrived someone else was sitting at our table and we were told when they leave they would put us there. They didnt they immediately sat another table and left us at some random table top. We had a guest with us because we had been ranting about this place with prior experiences and we normally come here to enjoy one of our favorite bottles that they no longer had. Our guest was not impressed we left within 15 min and paid the reservation fee for nothing. Another thing is to have people there that can recommend wine when we asked our server what they recommend since they no longer carry our bottle we like they couldn't cause they don't drink wine. The reservations need to be handled in a more strict manner with allowing people to sit at the table that didn't have a pre reservation. Needless to say we won't be coming back. Your better off not having a reservation and just going and seeing if you can get a table on your own since it seems easy for people to do that.

A cute little wine bar that is located in an old house. They had a decent wine list and several flights to choose from. I chose the Texas local option which included a Viognier, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Viognier was natural and wasn't my favorite. I'm a fan of reds so it wasn't a surprise that I preferred the second two. I sat out on the patio since the weather was decent and I could people watch. The inside had a few rooms and they looked nice. It would be a good place to bring a group of girlfriends.

This is my favorite place in Fredricksburg. Great wine selection and the charcuterie trays are fabulous. However, the star is the piano bar every Friday and Saturday evening. Andy (the owner) puts on a terrific show. He takes requests. A great, fun place. I can say with confidence that no trip to Fredricksburg is complete without a visit to Perspective Cellars.
