After a day of visiting tourist spots in Fredericksburg, a great burger hits the spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Burger was juicy and tasted homemade.

Normally I would not do this but everytime I try to come to this place they are closed or sold out. They cater to the locals more than the out of towners as far as hours of operation. Most days they are open 11-3. I travel through the area regularly and will detour to go to this restaurant. This will be the last time and I will be directing all my friends to the burger place in Brady, TX from here on out. This restaurant is good but if you aren't a local forget it. Its a shame they also have a limited quantity guess they don't need the extra or want the extra business.

Rode motorcycles from Austin area to Fredericksburg for a great burger & ONION RINGS. Good customer service, clean, good prices & the food was fresh & good. HOWEVER, it was before 2:00 on Thursday, they do not close till 3:00. We ordered 3 meals with drinks, 1 order of tator tots & 1 large order of Onion Rings, which we were very much looking forward too. After we placed he order, a lady came to our table & stated the owner/cook stated he did not want to make any more onion rings. Not that he was out of them, just that he did not want to make them & she said that we could have tater tots or french fries. So, that was disappointing since their onion rings are very popular.

Fire the entire staff and start over. Over an hour wait and still couldn't get our meal there were people that came in way after we got there and recieved their food way before the people who had been waiting there already for 20+ minutes if that's to much of a job for you you may need to find a new job

great burger joint with all the ambiance of a truck stop, but man the food is great. did I mention the onion rings that come out hot enough to burn your tongue off. amazing ground beef and the burger choices are endless. The old place across the street still was the funnest little joint anywhere, but the food is still the same. Every time I'm through Fredericksburg I need to eat were the local crews eat, far from the tourist side of town

After hiking up Enchanted Rock in the morning my fiance and I were starving and craving cheeseburgers. I really liked their thing about having the meat delivered daily from the local market so I was down to give this place a try. I ordered the Double Meat Double Cheese (plain) and I swear this was the best freaking burger I've ever had in my entire life! Amazing Burgers and super friendly service, we really couldn't have asked for a better lunch spot before heading home. So glad we stopped!
