I don't know where to begin...the apple crisp, the pretzel or the cookies (lemon and cinnamon toast crunch marshmallow)...this is the kind of place that I would want a part time job at for discounts if I lived closer. The apple crisp is tart and delicate. The cookies have the most perfect crispy and chewy outside crust (ask my dog - she ate the first two so we had to go back for more - turns out my dog has amazing instincts).
Seriously - we love the Hill Country and Pritzers Sweet Shop will be one of the millions of reasons we can't wait to return. If you're claustrophobic - bring a friend and have them order double.

The service was very good. We tried the apple crisp, apple strudel, and chocolate croissant. All of them were extremely sweet and the pastry didn’t feel fresh.
Fresh food! Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly. Had the pretzel hot dog and the sausage was great. The salted pretzel was also good. The cheese sauce provided was surprisingly delicious. I generally don't like it, but this one was great!
Will definitely be back to try more! The shop is cozy, but is clean and smells good.

Sweet German pretzel - tastes very dry Salted pretzel was very salty. They did heat it up which was good.
If you are urgently craving sweets yes try it but if not I would recommend you skip.
