We had empanadas, enchiladas, tamales, and a wrap and everything was so good!! The sauces were so flavorful and delicious. Their empanadas and sauces are made without flour and are all gluten free. I talked to the two in the food truck about dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. They were so nice and had very helpful recommendations about their menu. We will definitely be back!! Some of the best Mexican food we've had in a long time.
Saborcito de mi rancho is not playing around!!! Easily and by far the BEST empanadas I and my crew (DaFOE) ever tasted! And the entire staff is very nice! Do yourself a favor and visit this place whenever you're in the area! Our experience was A1, and we will DEFINITELY be back whenever DaFOE is back in Texas' Wine Country!!!
Upon arriving at SaborCito de Mi Rancho, the little food truck that we arrived was very quaint we were greeted very nicely. We were amazed at the set up. You can actually see the views of the ranches around you and also the food was amazing. My husband ordered the rancho burger and I ordered their fried catfish and very rarely do you find fried catfish in this area that is made well it was made traditionally with the original cornmeal.
