The Sage restaurant is first class. The service was unbelievable. There was a gin that they did not have in stock, and they were willing to go get it from one of their other restaurants to make sure I could have that perfect drink that I liked. They were very accommodating .
My husband and I went for an early valentines dinner. We arrived an hour early and they were able to accommodate us. We tested the most delicious drink for one of the managers. He has been working on it for quite some time. It was delightful! All of the staff made our dinner magical! The atmosphere, service and food was spectacular! Thank you for making our night so special!

The most elevated restaurant in Fredericksburg. Must stop. Local favorite. And the menu is so eclectic and varying that you can find plates you wouldn’t anywhere else in the world. The snnitzhel comes highly recommended and the carbonara never leave the menu. I went with the crispy prawns the duck and pork belly stack. Top tier. Vibe 11. The goat cheese macaroon. Yeah.
