We love Sage and will continue to dine here when in Fredericksburg. The host was very knowledgeable about wine and made a great recommendation to pair with our dinner. The cocktails here are also top notch.
This restaurant feels like fine dining in the Wild West. We sat up on the mezzanine level and really enjoyed it. The food was interesting and delicious and the service was friendly and prompt.
The carbonara was the best pasta dish I think I’ve ever had. My friend got the risotto which was delicious, but we both agreed we could eat the carbonara every day and never tire of it. 10/10 recommend!!!
