I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an experience I had at your establishment.

Saturday afternoon about 3:00 pm with not many people in…selected a table that had a reserved sign for 9pm that evening…plenty of time. After less than an hour of enjoying our time, a lady with a group comes in and asked if they could share the table, of course!!! Next thing we know, she picks up our drinks and moves them to another table TELLING us we will move.
