Soooo good! Loved making a custom pizza with such a variety of choices for ingredients. The pizza was really awesome plus the fact you can get an alcoholic beverage to top it off!

First time here. Sunday afternoon and we were craving pizza. The parking is challenging as it is only street parking. Plenty of seating inside and out. The inside was a little dirty but it does have a bar type atmosphere. The caprese salad was very fresh, the pizza was over the top good. Service was fine.

My heart almost fell when we arrived at this iconic pizza location when I thought a closed building was actually to the east of west, phew! Their pizza is incredible their staff is the best and fun to talked to. Don’t tell anyone but we’re having left over pizza in Fred.God BlessRob and Robin

We used to love coming to West End, but this time I could tell it was different when walking in. The dining room was empty, tables were dirty and we weren’t sure who the host was. The tomato basil soup tasted like spaghetti sauce, and the pizza was mushy. Walls are dirty, bathrooms have holes in walls. Very sad knowing what it used to be like. Hopefully they can turn it around.

Chicken pizza crust… amazing! Keto friendly and nice cocktails…

We loved it here! The garlic knots were so soft and had chopped garlic cloves on top, which made it even better! The pizza has a slightly sweet crust, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The pizza sauce was so good as well! Our waiter was super nice! They seemed a bit understaffed but he made the best of it, which is something we appreciate! I would recommend coming during the afternoon when it’s not crazy busy for the fastest service as they may not have enough staff for the evening hours.
We love this place qnd always make sure to order from them when we're in town!

So my rating for this restaurant has to do with two important factors. Quality of the product and service. Both were not good, food was better than the service. Unfortunately the waitress we had was very nice and very overwhelmed as she was working the bar. We got our appetizers one hour and 45 minutes before our pizzas came out, we had stated to the waitress quite a few times that we were still waiting for our meals after some time. After about an hour, we asked her if we could take everything just to go. At that point, we should at least get something comped as we were rushing and we had a baby at home. The manager told the waitress she would not give us anything comped and that we can just take it to go . So we waited an extra 25 minutes for the order to go and the manager didn’t even come by. In total we were at this restaurant for two hours and got no meal . Wasn’t even approached by the manager herself and the way she handled the situation was upsetting and made it hard to even enjoy our to-go order .

Our server was slow. Our pizza was way more expensive than it deserved. It was only okay, and for a place that advertises fresh mozzarella, there was a surprisingly small amount on our pie.

Hadn't visited west end since their move. Wow were we impressed.We visited on a Saturday night, in around 515pm. No wait for a table, waiter showed up promptly. Wesley gave some small talk, but not too much. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious.The pizza crust was light, the toppings evenly balanced, the drinks were good, the evening went very well.Well done, West End. We will be back.As a bonus, how cool is this little spinner to keep the kids occupied inside?
