Fat Tuesday at Baybrook Mall Houston

I want to give this spot a negative score. The person working there had the big TikTok 10 headphones and doing her school work while not wanting to work at her job. Please fire this woman makes this business zero dollars, rudest customer experience I have ever had. Please no one go here I do not recommend. Fire the girl with the glasses she was so rude for no reason

Now I was so ready get my drink at 11 on my off day … When I walked in the Girl was very dismissive nd act as if she didnt wanna be at work had her headphone on nd jus was not a good experience … Never AGain …. Change ur workers …

If I could give this place zero stars I would the customer service is horrible and all employees need to be evaluate again. They need people that will motivate the business, it was over 5 minutes that I was waiting and no one came out I just know whoever runs the business needs to look at the cameras

The girl who assisted me on 3/16 at 2:30 pm was rude, dismissive, and made it clear she didn’t want to help. I will never return. If this is the type of person representing your brand, it explains why customers leave.

Server was super rude. When asked why the regular size was charged just as much as the large she had an attitude and the two flavors I ordered were literally the exact same when they were supposed to be different. Never come here. Receipt for proof

I'm so glad to finally have a Fat Tuesdays on the south side of Houston!The staff is very polite and I look forward to getting frozen daiquiris from here!

If you are stuck tagging along on a long day of shopping, stop by and get something to help make the experience of being in a crowded mall soo much better! Can be a bit pricey, as for about $17, you can get you a large Cat 5 drink, with an extra shot of course. $14 without that extra shot.

No White Russian. Extremely disappointing. Every other two bit daiquiri shop around here has White Russian but none compare to Fat Tuesday. Waited and waited for this place to open. Don’t have and server says “will never have” White Russian. Why?
