Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant known for its friendly employees and drive-thru service. Customers often appreciate the helpful staff, with some staff members going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. One customer praised the manager for assisting with the order, even without using a pen or paper, and noted the staff's attentiveness and professionalism. While the cheese sticks were described as okay, the slash lacked fruity flavor and tasted dull, not as good as before. Despite some issues with food taste and atmosphere, many customers continue to visit Sonic Drive-In because of the friendly staff and good service. However, there have been reports of ice cream machines being down and inconsistent filling of Sonic Blasts, along with some dissatisfaction with drinks. Overall, the staff's kindness and dedication keep many coming back, even if the food and atmosphere sometimes fall short.
