I was on my lunch break a few days ago, and one of my coworkers wanted Thirsty's. It's my 1st time there. It wasn't too busy despite the mall being really busy the day after Christmas. She wanted a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It still took an overall 15 minutes from standing in line to take my order to getting the smoothie. The customer service was ok considering that the mall was busy. Maybe next time I'm in the area, I'll try it out for myself.
I would have given 5 stars if the employee by the name of Ethan would have at least acted like he wanted to be there, smoothie was great but he didn’t greet me or even smile, cheer up Ethan! It will be ok!
