They were extremely helpful with their opinions on which room I should book for my client and also upgraded me to a corner room. The hotel is also a beauty. Definitely will be booking here again.

AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Frisco surprised me! This is one of the best Marriott hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel is cleaned inside out and the staff is just amazing (Shout out to Marlene and Teesha)! I also have to mention that Valet staff is very dedicated as well. They bring your car around fast even though the garage is a bit far away. It’s definitely worth it to Valet your vehicle. It’s the little thoughtful things that make this hotel so unique. They offer little lavender sachets (to put under your pillow) when I checked in which reminds me of the hotels in Hokkaido. With weather being 100+ degree, they also offer clean water bottle by the hydration station (ice maker) on each floor for you to fill iced water for your room! So considerate! Their gym is also quite nice which has a cable machine, free weights, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, mats, yoga balls, medicine balls and cold towels! All the equipments are new and clean. I had a great time working out there! Also, with this heat wave like weather, having an indoor pool at the hotel is definitely a plus. There is also a full bar and a Starbucks next to the lobby. I truly appreciate a hotel GM and staff who care about their service and do their best to make sure every customer is satisfied with their stay. With this friendly nightly rate and outstanding service, I can’t wait to stay here again next time when I’m in town!

I attended a weeklong conference at this hotel and wanted to brag on the food. The chefs, Francis and Eddy did an INCREDIBLE job making our group delicious, healthy, really fabulous meals that contained few allergens to facilitate our group of 85. The main dishes, sides, and desserts were really spectacular. Highly recommend for a health-conscious group.
I can confidently recommend their signature cocktail. I hope I get it described correctly, Smoked Black Cherry Old Fashioned with Four Rose's Bourbon. It's a fun build to watch too.
