Food/drinks were good and our waitress was amazing! I was a bit disappointed that staff didn’t require a family of three that came in (all adults) to sit outside with their small dog, instead they were sat right next to us. This was clearly not a service dog as it was in a soft sided crate and shoved under the high top table.
The restaurant staff did mop the floor and wipe down the chairs after they left, but I’m not entirely sure if this is because they had the dog or that the three of them ate like toddlers and left a mess all over the table and floor around them.
Side note to this family: I’m sure a review from you is coming after what we witnessed this evening, so I hope you see this review. Your behavior and how you spoke to staff was disrespectful, you complained until you got a healthy discount off your bill then had the audacity to ask for to go boxes for the food you complained about. Do better! Treat people with kindness, be aware of the mess you’re leaving for others to deal with, oh and leave your dog at home!

Having lived in the Buffalo area for more than 29 years I know what Buffalo Chicken Wings look and taste like my recent order through DoorDash was a horrible experience The wings were too dry, too salty there was nothing but dried sauce on them!! Very disappointing. I had I’ll never order that again:;(. Your attempt at real Buffalo wings is a disappointment and a miserable failure!!!

We had the best experience at Anchor Bar in Frisco, and a huge part of that was because of Sadie! From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable. She kept everything running smoothly, had such a positive attitude, and honestly just made the whole vibe better. It’s rare to come across someone who is that attentive and friendly without it feeling forced. Sadie was amazing. Give this girl a raise! We’ll definitely be back.

Food was average, cup pepperoni had no flavor, wings are typical even for being the original. My sons order was forgotten. Then it was brought out while we were leaving. We still had to pay for them which is bad customer service. This place will not last long until service, food are changed for the better. This place is one and done.

Yes. It was an FC Dallas game. Yes we knew it would be a wait. However nearly three hours later we left. The wings were good. The service was the single worst service I’ve ever seen from the manager down. Rude. Inattentive. Clueless. I will never step foot in this place again. It is the only time I’ve ever complained in my life and even then the response I got was well we are busy. Which they were at first but once the tv Dallas game started it cleared out. Just awful. Stay away.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is we waited for almost an hour and we received our food but never received our appetizer. Drinks were good. The food we ate was good but missing our appetizer after an hour was no bueno. However on their behalf I will say they did us right by reducing the bill some. And so you know. We will be going back.
The pizza was lukewarm and ingredients were not evenly distributed. The staff seemed indifferent to the customers and a little rude to eachother. The bartender did finally lighten up. After taking half the pie home, it did taste and crunch better after a reheat on the baking stone. It is a chain establishment, so I half expected all this. We will give it one more shot after a couple more months. Perhaps they are still getting their skis underneath them.

Had the pizza and wing combo for lunch and the pizza was fluffy and great texture. Added pepperoni and the char was tasty. Wings were traditional and enjoyable. Wife had the pepperoni egg rolls and they were not cooked fully and soggy. They're new and likely to get another chance, but the service was so slow on a light crowd it gives me pause to do so. Would be a great place to have a beer and wings at the bar, but table service was lacking.

I really like this place. I think the food is good but I do have a couple issues. Both times I've been there my mixed drinks tasted like kool-aid. My wife and I agree that we couldn't even tell there was alcohol in them. We've had better drinks at a Mexican restaurant. Second, it has taken what feels like a lifetime to get our food. The last time we were actually asking for our check and going to leave when the food showed up. Like I said, the food is good but they need to get better on serving quality drinks for what they cost and more acceptable time for receiving your food.

First time at the Frisco location. Wi used to live in San Antonio and the wings/food/service were always top notch.
This picture is from Super Bowl Sunday where we ordered 50 wings. I picked them up and all the wings were just thrown in together, there were merely 6 celery stalks, and 5 dipping sauces which I had to pay more to get, I would have only got 2 had I not ordered them.
The wings WERE good, but the presentation and accompanying sides were really lacking and I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth out of it. I hope this was a Super Bowl rush-induced oversight and isn’t a systemic QC issue because this place has been a solid wing place for us for years.
