Where has this place been all my life?!?Okay okay, it's been here but I haven't been. I've been looking for a wonderfully epic bagel place and have found this gold mine. This place is like no other. The bagels are SO good and the spread is even yummier and the employees are even better than the bagels, if that's possible. Go!

Fantastic. Best bagel I ever had. The variety is great. The bagels are soft and fresh. Very tender not tough like other bagels. These bagels are done the right way.

Ameira and Fadia are best friends who teamed up to bring the world bagelology.bagels.coffee . They left their former careers for the art of preparing true New York bagels. (as true as they can be in Texas)Open about a year, their business is running like a well oiled machine. Everything looked good but I narrowed my order down to a latte, 3 bagel sandwiches and a bear-bagel. Everything was delicious! Well, I can't speak for the bear because I don't know if I can do it! The ambiance was chill.

I walked into this bagel spot, and I was hit with a ton of choices - almost too many that it was overwhelming. They're able to make lunch bagels during breakfast hours, so I got the 'Lox in Space.' The smoky lox that mixed perfectly with the spread. The bagel was chewy and delicious. The cashier was super nice, gave me the tip to go with an everything bagel for my sandwich. I also got a sweet bagel, the French Toast Bagel with Honey Walnut spread. It had this low-key sweet vibe like French toast, and the spread added a nutty kick. Totally different from the 'Lox in Space' but just as good. It hit the sweet tooth craving.Beyond the tasty bites, the cashier's friendly vibe made the visit even better. They knew their bagels and gave some solid recommendations. I've been twice so far now and I'm definitely going again.

I'm a bagel snob, from nyc,Bagels 3/5- not much flavor, I couldn't tell the difference between my zataar bagel and my husbands everything bagel. Texture was good, mouth didn't get tired chewing Cream cheese 0/5- zero flavor!!!!! I tried scallion cream cheese and honey walnut. I love cream cheese and I actually wiped the cream cheese off my bagels because it tasted like legit nothing. Philadelphia cream cheese would have been better.Chai latte- 0/5 tasted like steamed milkThe only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because my husbands egg sandwhich (BEC) was really good. The bacon brisket was delicious. So if you go- skip the cream cheese and classic bagels and get an egg sandwhich or lunch sandhwich.

This place is a go-to in the Frisco/Little Elm area. It is one of the first proper bagel joints to open up in the neighborhood, and it doesn't disappoint.I have been fortunate to come here on multiple occasions (why wouldn't you with fresh bagels, friendly staff, and really great menu/smear options), and every time I have stopped by it has been PACKED. The footprint of this cafe isn't huge, it's actually really cozy and has two tables to sit indoors, so be mindful that you may be waiting awhile because of the queue and because of how fresh everything is made.Highly recommend the salmon lox on an egg bagel OR to get a Kickstarter on an egg bagel. Really, anything on their egg bagel! I'm biased but I think it's such a good quality flavor!

Gonna go out on a limb and call this the best bagel joint in DFW (Starship being a close second but limited by lack of meat, egg and cheese offerings). It's a bit of a drive up to Frisco and you're guaranteed to wait in a slow moving line, but it's worth it. And this ADD ex-New Yorker doesn't find much in life worth waiting for.

4.5 stars. Can't wait to try their other items! What I got: The BAM on a plain bagel. The bagel itself is so damn good, but the filling was on the saltier side for my taste. I was debating between the BAM and Lox in Space, so I'm for sure going to try this one the next time I drop by.Environment: Clean, bright, but minimal seating. Service: The lady who took my order was so kind and informative!

I had heard great things about this place, so I decided to stop by today when I was in the area. It's very clean inside and the service is great! They seem to have a lot of creative and unique offerings in terms of drinks and cream cheeses. My bagel sandwich was out quickly. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I didn't really like the sandwich. I regularly go to Shug's in Dallas, and assumed they would be similar, but they were not. The eggs were overcooked and almost rubbery. When the cheese melted, it tasted like Velveeta. I would possibly come back just to try bagels and cream cheese, but was super disappointed by the bagel sandwich.

This place is GASSSS! Went to NY for school these past two years & fell in love with the variety of bagels. Coming back to TX & finding this place was a God send! The service is A1. The lady that helped my sister & I at the register is very kind, accommodating & made great suggestions. I purchased the Lox in Space Bagel with no tomatoes on a Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel (Toasted) - FIRE. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is soft with some bounce too it. It has cheddar cheese on top, with jalapeños & herbs de Provence. Flavorful asf! My only tip would be to put the red onions in a little bit of cold water so they aren't abrasive- if you aren't an onion person, you may find it a bit overpowering! My sister purchased the 'Kick Starter' on a Blueberry Bagel & a French Toast bagel with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese - and a Lavender Lemonade which she will obsess over! Out of all 3 bagels, all being great & flavorful, my sister & I both agree the French Toast Bagel comes out on top! It's not too sweet, the buttercream honey walnut filling is perfectly balanced (you can taste the yogurt they use to balance out the flavors- *chefs kiss*), the bagel itself really taste like French toast with brown sugar crumbles on top. Beautifully executed bagel through & through. We will definitely be coming back to this establishment as often as possible. Can't go wrong with these NY style with a Texan Twist bagels!

Best bagel in the metroplex closed my eyes and made me feel like I was back home in NYC eating a BEC and will be coming up here as much as I can to get more even grabbed half dozen to let me mom try some to make her feel back at home, please open one in Arlington. the bagel has the same crunch and moist insides that every bagel supposed to have DELICIOUS!!!!!!!

After much anticipation I finally made the trek to Bagelology, and it was definitely worth it. The halal deli selection and delicious bagel options make this place 9 s/10 for me.------------They have a lot of different bagel options like zatar, French toast, and a cheddar jalapeño. Their sandwich options are also pretty extensive.I got a B.E.C (bacon, eggs, and cheese) on a cheddar jalapeño bagel. The cheese was deliciously melted and the bacon and egg was an amazing savory combo, 10/10!Honorable mention for the iced covfefe, it was pretty decent. I got an iced caramel latte and it was pretty smooth, 7.5/10.The last picture I got the B.E.C. with added cream cheese, and I would not recommend it. There is already so much stuff on the sandwiches that adding cream cheese makes it difficult to eat

Pretty good! Felt pricey for everything and they charge for just a cup of tap water and $3.50 for extra cream cheese on the side...which is actually crazy since it was only a small amount. Our bagels were good though so that is a plus, we liked the kick starter was better than the Tam Tam but enjoyed both.

I am an Einstein bagel fan but I do believe Bagelology is better. Staff is friendly. Only draw back is so many people like you will end up waiting for your order but it's worth the wait.

Great Bagel shop in the burbs. We went there to grab breakfast on Mother's Day and the owner's kids were giving out roses to all mums. The go getter and BEC bagel sammiches were delicious. The cheddar jalapeño and garlic bagels were on point. The intro egg sammich was ok mostly because the egg was greasy and overdone. Ton of bagel choices like zaatar, pumpernickel, etc and delicious spreads like pistachio cream cheese . Total hit. We'll return to try other things from the menu.
